« I’ve stayed at this property many times. It’s extremely aesthetically appealing and the staff are super friendly but that’s as far as it goes. It’s nothing really special about or comes with the hotel. Basic amenities, no free breakfast, or no pool. And for the price you pay, you'd think….but nope, nothing. Actually, this is probably the nicest hotel in this dead town. EXTREMELY expensive for the area though. Anyway, it’s 2 bars on the property, 1 restaurant (entirely gluten free apparently),...

« We were in town for a wedding and spent one night at the Hamilton house inn. Our room was, clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Shawn cooked us French toast, sausage, and grits for breakfast. It was delicious. If we ever return to Monroe, we will stay again. 5 stars! »

« The stay was horrible. Got a room that smelled terribly of weed and cigarettes. Sheets didn’t look clean either. The smell was so strong that my family couldn’t sleep. We were told that there were no more rooms available. Probably the worse stay I have ever experienced. »

« This stay was good the young man at the front desk was very helpful, the motel is older and you can see they have done a lot of patching and painting here and there. The room was very clean and everything worked as it should Parking is tight especially with some of the larger work trucks coming in. I would not hesitate to stay there again. »

« The room is nice in size and everything worked. There were some holes in the bathroom wall. And the floor in the main room under the window was wavy im assuming water damage.. »

« It was a fairly clean place to spend one night. There was a Mexican restaurant just across the parking lot I didn’t eat there but they were rather busy so I guess people enjoyed their food. My bed was comfortable I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer than one night as it did not feel safe there. But it served its purpose on my way back to Texas. »

« Comfort Inn at nearly $600 for three nights seemed to be the best deal looking at the pictures online. The hotel wasn't a dump, but it was less than average. The place needs to be updated. The bottom of our door was a big space where you can tell when people were walking by and could easily hear our conversation. The bathroom was small a portion of the lower wall was rotted. Stayed three nights and not once did we receive room service. The iron did not work and neither did the charging stations...

« Property is under renovation and there is a great deal of dust and noise. Parking lot is full of construction materials and equipment. Noise started early in the morning with no warning or concern from the staff. Room was missing minimal amenities including facial tissue, no body wash in the shower, No thermostat for the AC so you have to get up in the night to turn it on and off depending on temperature you want.
