I have a whole list of things wrong:
• Owner raised tickets from $30 weekdays/$50 weekends to $50 weekdays/$60 weekends right before we arrived. Not sure why there was a hike when so many things were wrong.
• Half of the facilities did not work. No breakfast, no restaurant, elevator broken (was told the elevator safety license was expired and need to be reviewed to use again as well), slide in water park down, hot tub down.
• Couldn't get food due to no lifeguard in duty. In order to make food, lifeguard needed to cook. No staff to cover each other. Having to have the lifeguard also cover the Snack Shack is crazy
• No food on menu was available. No Pizza, we had to order out. No buns for hotdogs or hamburgers, no chicken wings, no chicken strips. No cheese for pretzel bites, no wing sauce.
• Kicked out of pool /park and shop 30 minutes before it closed, was told the kitchen did not want to cook things because they were "frozen" and only had 30 minutes to close as well. Clearly open though.
• Water park wave bucket broken so someone would have to come and pull it to make it work and pull it with a hook.
• I can't believe the owner had the guts to raise the prices but so many things wrong with this "resort"
• Cabanas closed and wouldn't sell them either, didn't understand that
• They barely have anyone to work here, told they don't have help because they use highschool kids
• getting started in the room, the tables were still sticky from previous tenants, bottle caps everywhe
