Très bien situé. Belle chambre, sans plus. Très propre. La climatisation est contrôlée par l’hôtel et c’était un peu trop chaud dans ma chambre.

Très bonne adresse. Hotel propre, personnel accueuillant, chambre propre, très bon petit dejeuner. Bien situé dans la vieille ville, parking fermé.

After staying at Hotel Milano & Spa Verona several times over many years, I was very disappointed by how a recent booking modification was handled. We had reserved two rooms for Sunday and Monday and simply asked to move the booking to the same days the following week. We were not requesting a refund or cancellation—only a date change. The request was refused, and we were told that we would have to pay for two new rooms while the original reservation remained fully charged. This effectively meant paying twice to postpone the stay by one week. Although the hotel manager was present at reception, she did not come over to discuss the situation or try to find a solution. This is a small three-star hotel with very compact rooms, yet its prices are closer to those of higher-category properties. In my opinion, the service does not match the rates charged. The “Spa” designation also seems more like a branding element than a genuine full-scale wellness experience. Overall, the hotel felt like a tourist trap for visitors to Verona. There are many other attractive hotels in the city offering better value, greater flexibility, and more considerate customer service. Future guests should carefully check the booking conditions and actual facilities before reserving.
