« It's a lovely remote location, quiet but close enough to the village and the beach. The contact with the owner is great, he really took care for us, so we would enjoy the holiday even more. « This property is fabulous! The gorgeous photos online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. King size beds, modern bathrooms and showers, and beautiful design throughout. The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills. Best hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend! »

« Wir wollten ein Objekt, das nicht in einer Tourismusgegend liegt. Und genau das haben wir bekommen. Ein schönes großes Haus, mit allen EinrichtungsgegenstĂ€nden, die man benötigt. Alles funktionierte, nur das WiFi war teilweise unterbrochen. Der Vermieter Sergio war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wer die Gegend erkunden möchte, ist bei diesem Objekt an der richtigen Stelle. Die Marken sind wunderschön, interessant und abwechslungsreich. »

« Leider gibt es so gut, wie kein W-LAN, im Haus sowieso nicht. Satellitenempfang im Haus fĂŒr komplett nicht vorhanden. Kein Wohnbereich, nur Essbereich. Bei Regen war unsere Hausfassade und der Pool voll mit schwarzen, großen WĂŒrmern. Pool war meistens bis 11 Uhr nicht nutzbar (zu spĂ€te Reinigung). Kein warmes Wasser im Jacuzzi. Wenn man sich im Bereich des großen Tisches (Darstellung im Internet) aufhalten wollte, gab es böse Blicke. Die Matratzen sind katastrophal und in die Jahre gekommen....

« This property is a hidden gem in Civitanova Marche. The amenities at the property are amazing (hot tub, steam bath, sauna, etc). The living space is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Most amazing is the host! She is incredibly friendly and accommodating. She left us with delicious food and even picked us up from our drop off location. REALLY WONDERFUL experience! »
