Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The hotel itself was beautiful and had a relaxing atmosphere, especially the outdoor fire pit area with a great view. However, there were several disappointing aspects during our stay. Self-parking was extremely expensive at $56 per night, which felt excessive. There was also no bell service available to help with luggage, making check-in and unloading difficult. I was surprised that the sauna required an additional $20 per person to use, considering amenities like this are often included at hotels in this price range.
The toiletries were also not great — the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling very dry afterward. One of the biggest letdowns was the outdoor seating area by the fire pit. While the setting was beautiful, the chairs and pillows were noticeably dirty with bird droppings, which made it hard to fully enjoy the space. Overall, the property has potential, but better cleanliness, included amenities, and improved guest services would make a huge difference.
