Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Upon arrival, ceilings were filled with dust and visibly you can see from the ceilings. Housekeeping was quick to respond and cleaned it up. During the stay, there were 2 nights (almost full nights) without electricity, meaning we did not have any air conditioning during the midst of summer. Front desk said it was due to the power outage in the entire block of the town. No compensation provided, no other alternatives provided and we spent the night sweating in a stuffy room, waking up with headaches due to lack of airflow in the room.
Decent customer service, they were able to provide cold storage travelling with medications that needed to be in the fridge. Valet parking is nice enough with no complaints.
The area this hotel is located in is quite busy, bustling with people and great for shopping, although the streets are very dirty and garbage everywhere.
Overall, this place was an ok place to be, I wouldn't give it the star rating they currently have, it's more of a 2 or 3 star hotel rather than a 4, and most definitely not a 5 star stay. If given the choice, there's a 10% chance of me reboojung at this place mainly due to convenience of location (although there are other hotels in the same area).
