Nestled just minutes from downtown, this area blends old Southern charm with modern conveniences, making it a sought-after destination for visitors.

Dining options are plentiful within a mile of the neighborhood. Enjoy a fresh coffee or brunch at Vintage Café, located in a restored historic bank. For lunch or dinner, Filet & Vine offers gourmet deli selections, wine, and Southern specialties, while Vintage Year provides a fine dining experience. Entry is at the BACK of the building — the front door has no keypad, so you'll come in from the rear. Park in the gravel lot behind the property; there is room for two vehicles, one behind the other. Apartment A is on the ground floor, up three stairs to the back porch area. The door has a coded smart lock deadbolt, and your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

The space is laid out for easy multi-night stays — two private bedrooms, comfortable sleeping spaces, a full kitchen, laundry, and a bright sunroom that gives everyone another place to spread out.

This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same

We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete

🔑 Minimum Booking Age
The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old for an apartment

Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest's age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms
