„Gavin and Christopher have put a lot of thought into giving you an enjoyable stay at the Manorhaus Ruthin. The rooms are decorated reflecting welsh designs. The dining room has beautiful sculptures. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious with a lot of choice. The coffee was excellent. Overall we had a great week end stay. The Manorhaus is only minutes walking into the centre where there are several excellent eateries/restaurants“

„The hotel is lacking in cleanliness, our room had thick layers of dust on the surfaces and the inside of the wardrobe was filthy, the plug chain to the sink was in 3 pieces placed next to the tap and the bathroom door did not shut properly. The windows could all do with a clean and there were cobwebs to many of them with insects trapped so obviously had been there sometime.The bedside cabinet was broken inside. „The room was clean and very compact, it lacked appeal but had most of the amenities you would want at this price. There is no interaction with staff at all as self check in, the heating wasn’t on although the radiator in the hall was hot, one curtain hardly covered the window, my room,2, was at the front of the property so people leaving the pub were talking loudly at 11.30/12pm and then again at 1am which woke me up, the shower was good, the wash basin so tiny you couldn’t get the tiny kettle ...
