Amazing shed home with 4 bedrooms with open plan kitchen and dining room. This property is located close to Wyee village shops and 15 mins drive to the beach however, it is very quite and in a rural setting. Relax with the entire family, there is room for everyone. Enjoy a relaxing barbeque in the alfresco area. You have a private yard with space for back yard cricket with a quaint outdoor shower. Private home with modern finishes.

Main bedroom with ensuite and smart TV, bring the kids to run around in the private yard.

Guest access
The entire shed home and private back yard is available for your exclusive use. The owner resides on the property however your access to the house is over 20 metres from the owner and no shared spaces except for the drive way

Other things to note
The owners live on the property but you have private enjoyment of the house you are hiring, we have a little dog called Frankie, but he will not have access to your yard.
