« This is a super cute cabin. Has everything you need. Porch was great for sitting out there when it was dark to look at the stars. Bed was not great. Needs to be replaced. »

« Very laid back farm setting. We were out of our room and on the go before 7am so we couldn't try the breakfast. Room was supplied nicely with all you would need to cook a small quick meal. (We didn't do that, but liked the option) Pool and hot tub nice and in working order, it was great to come back from hiking national parks to soak and swim. »

« On arrival the cabin smelled horrible. It was from the water. We were told that it was only surfer built up in the line and to run the water for a while and it will be ok. That worked for the water after around 40min but the Oder in the room was bad for hours. The remote for the heater has dead batteries so we spent $9 to replace. Day 2, we went to Zion for the day and when we returned we had no running water. Were told the tank had run dry but it would be ok soon. At 8:50 pm we went to bed...

« Beware of this property!!! It is not 3 bedrooms. It is a 1 bedroom with a loft. The loft is not tall enough to stand up in. The living room has a horrible couch with a pull out bed. The heaters don't work and the furniture is terrible. This place is not suited to be rented out to guests!The water pump burned up on the second night of our stay so we had no water in the middle of a shower. He didn't answer the phone until the next day. I checked the pump for him but he offered no solutions...

« Fantastic! Truthfully one of the highlights of our entire trip was this VRBO. Everything was top notch and if we ever are able to venture out to that area again the first place we will check is this property and host. Cannot say enough great things about it!Location was terrific, secluded and private but not crazy far away. The amenities and access to the resort are wonderful perks and real benefits. « The cabin was nice and quiet, the area was perfect for us and rhe fact that the animals roamed the field was nice. Also it was convenient to other towns like Kanab and close to Zion. We will be staying there again next time we come up. »

« The place was amazing, It’s a two bedroom one bath over a garage, Incredibly clean, the view from the patio was awesome. Very quiet location, hot tub was nice. Added bonus was all the little things around the kitchen were already supplied, ie spices, paper towel’s, dish soap, trash bags. The grill was perfect for dinner at home. Super bonus was the box fan. We have one at home and made sleeping fantastic. »
