„Super friendly staff. They lent us snowshoes and poles to go hiking in the snow. They were accessible via text if we needed assistance. You can buy your Acadia passes from them. Their breakfast was great - you can order custom requests. And we enjoyed dinner at their Bistro also. Saw some families loving the indoor pool. The exercise room is fairly basic, but if you are there, you should be exercising outdoors anyway. “

„Room was clean. Never saw any staff. Power was out due to storm for most of our stay. Generator power was used and was sufficient. Could not use tv until final day. Did speak on phone to staff but was not able to resolve. This could have been due to storm. No one ever resupplied our room after first night with coffee, creamer etc. We did go into the common room for more creamer ourselves.“
