Arrivés à l'hotel vers 18h Nous avons pu reserver une 2e nuit à la derniere minute et ils nous ont installés 2 nuits dans la même chambre, apprécié. Le prix est parfait, les chambres sont propres et accessibles facilement. Nous apprecions la porte directement sur le parking, facile pour les valises. Dame à l'acceuil tres gentille et informations claires. Près de tout, déjeuner complet avec patates, bacon, oeufs et saucisses etc... Breuvage à l'entree en tout temps, il y a un gym, une laveuse et secheuse ai 2e mais elle semblait pas installé dans un environnement propre. Tout est parfait ici près des ponts et très bien situés. Grande chambre. Literie confortable. Calme mais ventilation bruyante. Hôtel bien situé. Petit déjeuner buffet correct. Piscine. Forte odeur de marijuana dans notre chambre non-fumeur en provenance d'une chambre voisine car l'odeur passe par les aérations...!

Check in was horrible . Agent continued to run my card then realized I pre paid.. I pray that the deposit goes back and it wasn’t multiple deposits on my card. Agent complained about checking in guest..hospitality and at least a pleasant attitude was none existent…200 dollars a night to be treated like a burden was not what I was expecting.

Staff rude and uncooperative. Key unlocked door but door stuck and had to move hanlde and shove on door to open. Cannot use available htmi port for firestick. Staff was rude when i asked if there was something i could do. Batteries needed to be replaced in remote and she told me i had to come to office and my room in very back

I had a long hard day of driving and just wanted to relaxe. I misunderstood some details and the friendly staff made sure i was taken care of. I was very pleased the room was clean, quite, and comfortable. The breakfast was good . Staff was very professional. I would definitely recommend the stay there. It is perfectly positioned for a visit to the beautiful city of Mt. Pleasant. Thank you. The Moore family

This place was decent for the price. It got a little loud at night due to some guests being outside partying, but it wasn’t the worst thing. The location is perfect.

When we check in at 3pm, the room was not ready and we waited for 1 hour. And no one let me know when it was ready. I have to ask again and again. And they didn't be nice and show respect to us. Just tell me I DON'T KNOW when it was ready. And when I ask how I can know when it would be ready, the answer was still I DON'T KNOW.

They had to re key our cards 3 times. We got locked out of room twice. Room was clean but old looking. Bathroom wasn’t filthy but wasn’t close to clean.

I liked the welcome and professional front desk even at 1030 in the night. The lady was very nice and directed me to Coffee kiosk and asked me if Ibwabted more water bottles. Small courtesies go a long way.

First room, blind didnt close completely. Went to desk and asked for a new room. This was cheerfully done by the staff. Breakfast was good and tasty. Three out of 4 ice machines didnt work.

This is a good place to stay if you have a tournament at Shipyard 16-20 min drive to the park.

Housekeeping was wonderful. Front desk not friendly never greeted. Would not allow you to check in even with early check in until 3 pm. My moms room was available since esrly morning and they still made her wait until 3 and we even requested esrly check in. Asked for towels and was told have to get from housekeeping asked where i could find them. Was told not sure when they even arrive.

I am very sorry for the confusion. When requesting an early check in, it is just that a request. The desk ladies cant check you in until housekeeping gives the all clear. I will speak with the staff and make sure they are relaying room availability correctly as well as linen request. I thank you for taking the time to let us know of the inconvenience and we will work hard to correct these infractions so that it does not continue to happen. We do hope you will give us another try.

Breakfast dining room was extremely small, cramped, and very busy. Lobby should be smaller, dining space larger. Toilet in the room didn’t flush well. Shower head and water diverter needs changing
