As you stated you are sensitive to strong smells I suggest you let hotels know at time of booking. Most hospitality professionals are aware this is a concern for some guests and can work with housekeeping to use neutral cleaning agents to assure a sensitive guest will be comfortable.Thank you again for sharing your feedback.
