« This house was exactly as described—very clean and well-stocked, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It sits on a stunning, peaceful lake, and we loved using the fire pit every night. Being the last house on a dirt road, we truly felt tucked away in nature, which is exactly what we wanted. Our dogs had the time of their lives swimming and exploring, and we enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings listening to the owls and loons.We took the rowboat out for a bit of fishing—no luck,...

« Our stay here was wonderful! The property is gorgeous, so much space to spread out for our yearly family vacation (32 of us!). The kitchen is amazing!! You’ll have anything and everything you would need to cook. The pool was great for the kids, the deck outside overlooking the pond is a great spot to relax with a drink and snacks. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, it was clean and really had everything we needed to enjoy hanging with our family. Highly recommend!! »

« We were back for our annual Sunapee visit and had a wonderful stay at Grey Gables in Blodgett landing. Everything was super clean and they have all the towels and amenities needed for a great family vacation. »

« We loved our stay at 60 French! The house was awesome. Clean, well maintained, and all of the stuff you would need for a family weekend at a mountain lake. We enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and fishing. The morning cup of coffee on the deck was so enjoyable. My son loved the nap in the hammock. The location was super. « Nothing like a relaxing week on Perkins Pond. The property was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and well updated and had all of the accommodations we needed for a relaxing week. The host and property manager were very responsive. It was a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. Perfect location to kayak, float on a tube on Perkins Pond and close to great hiking and Lake Sunapee attractions. Good local restaurants and a fully furnished kitchen and outdoor grills for...

« The water was the draw for us and we enjoyed the views from which were available from just about every indoor location. The living space was fine for the 2 of us. We wondered, since there are beds for 6, how larger groups relax. There’s a picnic table with seating in an adjacent room but in the living room there’s only one couch that seats 3. Recognizing that there are high stools for the counter and a cushion, perhaps a comfortable armchair would be nice as additional seating. Just a thought.🙂 »

« Our family of 9 (ages ranging from 4 months to retirement age) stayed for 7 days to attend a family wedding. We appreciated there being a pack-and-play for our baby to sleep in as it was one thing we didn’t have to lug from home (although we forgot to bring a crib sheet for it and didn’t find one there). The house was well appointed and had a great layout for the family dynamic (one bedroom downstairs with the kitchen and family area) and rest upstairs. The kitchen had all necessities and more....

« Our recent stay was absolutely WONDERFUL. The property/house layout was perfect for our family of 6 and our dog. We had plenty of space to eat, hang out and sleep without feeling on top of each other. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and the boat everyday, and even fished! The fire pit down by the lake was the perfect spot to hang out at night. Tyler was a great host, and stayed in communication with us the entire week. If I could give 10 stars I would! We’ll be back for sure!! »
