« After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater. »

« The Lodge was very rustic in decor but modern with the amenities that help make a stay away from home comfortable. The room, including the bathroom, was clean, the beds were comfortable, the linens provided were sufficient. The coffee maker was a bit lacking since it leaked all over the table. But we were most appreciative of the complimentary bottles of water provided. I don't know if this was true of other rooms, but our thermostat was set on a "cool" setting of 67 which meant that was the...

« Breakfast was near to non-existent and low quality and not what we've come to expect from this brand. »

« Breakfast was fine. Typical. Parking was fine. The pool is not working and won't be until August so don't plan on using that if you're visiting soon. The hallway smelled funky, our room was clean including bedding and towels but the shower really needs a new curtain. The shower curtain smelled like mildew and dirty rag. Made the whole bathroom smell terrible. The floor lamp in thd roo.'s corner slso did not eork. No ice machine on second floor. »

« We were put on the first floor in a very dirty room. The window did not lock and there were exposed wires in the bathroom. No refund was given when we decided to leave and go somewhere we felt safer. »
