Firstly, there was no indication before arriving that the place we would be staying at was currently in the process of being remodeled. « Yes, it was a little out of the ordinary, but that's a good thing! Easiest "camping" experience you'll ever have. Your own private (new, flush) commode, kitchen, and huge shower! A/c and heat in the camper. What more could you want? Definitely an adventure in the hills of eastern Virginia. »

« I really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was lovely, and the best part of my trip was being so close to all the amazing hikes in the area. This is a great spot for anyone looking to explore Boone, Blowing Rock, or Linville Gorge, and it was the perfect place to come back to and reset after a day of adventure. PS My favorite hike was Table Rock, and Wiseman’s View is an absolute must-do. »
