„We loved our stay in this cozy wood cabin. The location is amazing. It's a 10 min drive to Kruger National Park, 3 minutes to the center with Spar, a gas station, restaurants and the aqua park/mini golf. The beds are super comfy and the views from the multiple decks just stunning. Justin and Sonique were both so kind, really looking after us and helping us with anything we needed. „The biggest problem was that they had no record of our reservation which was confirmed and paid for through Expedia 10 days earlier. I did try to confirm with them 4 days prior to arrival as my wife and daughter have not received any instructions regarding check in. No response! It took me 2 hours to try and sort this out - I am in Canada and was texted by my wife at 3:30 am my time. Once this big problem was sorted out , my family was very impressed. BETTER COMMUNICATION WOULD BE WONDERFUL!! “

„For check in, we needed to go to the Field Office, which was fine, there was a short line, but it did add another 30 minutes to the process.The house was nice, as advertised, great view from the top deck. When reserving, the map shows the house right on the river. Only later, after reservation, it showed the accurate location. It was Easter weekend, so did not want to look around for other accommodations. The location is good though, lots of animals near by. The only small negative is that ...
