This apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There is a small fenced in grass covered outdoor area which has a Gas BBQ, outdoor furniture and washing line which are available for use.

Perfect for use as a base to explore the local area, wineries, walks or to unwind after attending one of Mudgees many events.

The studio apartment is a comfortable single storey space for one or two people with good access to local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops.

There is a cosy lounge with a large TV, sofa, local information guides and magazines.

Kitchen facilities include a microwave, toaster, electric oven / grill / hob, coffee machine, rice cooker, fridge freezer and basic pantry selection including slat, pepper, oil, vinegar etc.

The apartment has a four seater glass dining table for meal times.

There is also an iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, and a stick vacuum.

The King size bed has bedroom lights and bed side tables on both sides, as well as wardrobe space available on the right hand side of the built in robes and a full length mirror.

The bathroom has a power shower, toiletries and a hair dryer.

This apartment is set up to host a maximum of two adults in comfortable surroundings.
We can accomodate furry friends however ask guests to be mindful of leaving them alone in a smaller space for too long.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the studio apartment area of the property.

We have secure automated check in, with responsive online and local in person support available throughout your stay if required.

Quiet neighbourhood with a large park / green area opposite.

You can walk to the main street easily in 10 minutes and there is street parking available with no time restrictions.

Property booking and support communication available in Spanish.
If the other property on site is not occupied, access to pool facilities may be available - please ask ahead of check in.
Maximum occupancy for the property is 4 people.

Pets are welcome however we ask that you keep them off the sofas and beds.
We also ask you clean up any of your pets deposits from the property.

Air conditioning units work best (and keep yours and other guests prices down) when they are operated between 18 and 23 degrees.

If anything is damaged please let us know so we can address it.

We are not a hotel or a big group of Airbnb`s - we have two locally owned and operated properties.
Respectfully, we ask you to leave the property in the condition you found it.
