Having stayed in several highly rated 5 star hotels during our month long tour of India we felt this to be the best. If you're looking for the backwater experience in true comfort and style then this gives you that. We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden. „Great house and well located. Clean and well located on a quiet alley. Nice staff who were attentive and gave us a good welcome. Great rooms and plenty of bathrooms. A/C worked well. TV was fun to watch. Restaurants 15 minutes walk away. Everything was great. We would have like a bit more explanation on how to turn on the A/C and the hot water for the shower, and we did not like the deodorizing pods in the rooms. All in all, we would definitely come back.“
