Chambre très spacieuse. Personnel très serviable. 3 restaurants agréables (indien, chinois, italien) Petit déjeuner de grande qualité mais salle un peu bruyante. Possibilité de service privilégié (petit déjeuner calme et check out rapide) à l’étage business. Accès relativement rapide depuis l’aéroport.

Excellent experience, from start to finish. A large and spacious room, good F&B choices, and hotel staff that were always smiling and happy to oblige. The only slight issue was at the checkout, as it took much too long. But that was just a minor blip...

problème de transport
arrivée à l'aéroport international de Bombay, je cherche la navette de l'hotel annoncée sur internet : pas de navette mais un taxi de l'hotel au coût de 60€ aller et retour, la moitié du prix de la chambre, de plus le grand hotel hayatt est à 20 mn en voiture de l'aeroport international j'avais choisi cet hotel pour la navette et pour la proximité !

Staff at this hotel are fantastic the food is very good but the first floor pool area was dirty they need to clean the area and pool everyday as other hotels.the club lounge is good but the rooms don’t have that fresh feel after being cleaned which you get at other 5star hotels.

Wost stsy at this hotel in years. Garbage smell of rotting food in the hallway, totally run down rooms. Beds you can feel the springs. Bed sheets and duvet are totally used over the years and not replaced. Rooms are run down, furniture so old very uncomfortable to use. Airport pickup was confirmed and no.one was there to pick up. Disgusting and will never ever stay here

What an AMAZING hotel! We had a great stay and the staff were excellent. I don’t think we have stayed in a better hotel than this and we’ve travelled all over the world! Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Short Family Stay
Overall, our stay was comfortable. I had booked two rooms, it would have been ideal if they had given rooms next to each other. The service was exceptional. The rooms were clean and well presented and the buffet breakfast was delicious too. Would stay there again.

Nice stay.
The hotel is located in not so great neighbhorhood but the its very safe. The security is great. Overall comfort is great, only complaint we had was the mosquitoes in the lobby area and in the breakfast area. The staff is nice and very helpful.Buffett breakfast was great! The hotel is close from various places such as BKC and Bandra etc.

The Grand in Hyatt was lost, such a shame what has happened to this property. It just feels old inside. The hotel is infested with mosquitoes, contrary to what they say the issue has been ongoing for several months. I feel bad for the staff as they are trying their best but the place is just not up to the mark. It feels old, and you can see it just isn’t clean. The rooms were not well kept. It also has a musky smell. Please avoid at all cost until they make changes here.
