  • Just a short drive from the heart of Murphy, NC and Blue Ridge, GA this hidden gem is your gateway to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

    Whispering Woods is a charming cabin in the woods that offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury. Imagine unwinding in a beautiful hot tub as the crisp forest air or gathering around a crackling fire pit under a canopy of stars.

    This 3 bed, 2 bath cabin is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the mountains.

    IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING BOOKING:

    We want you to enjoy your time away and have a great experience at our cabin so please pay attention to the important property information below.

    Owner's Liability: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the cabin, the hot tub and fire pit, etc. regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

    Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.

    Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 6. Exceeding this will result in a fine from the host of $250 per person over and you will be asked to leave.

    This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $250 as well as an increased cleaning fee and charged for any damages.

    The hot tub is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the hot tub.

    Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500, and you will be asked to leave.

    No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

    No late check-out or early check-in. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.

    Rental Age Policy: We want everyone to have the pleasure of enjoying our home; however, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home AND be present at the home the entire stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The back porch was incredibly peaceful — listening to the whippoorwills at night and relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. (The hot tub easily accommodates 2-3 ppl) Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The cabin had a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to feel at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home! My daughter and I enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, kitchen, etc. The beds are very comfortable and cozy. It was a great place for us to spend time with my brother who is struggling with cancer. We hated to leave early but life never stops.

Overall we liked the property. If I may make a suggestion, the internet service at this cabin was abysmal at best. I live in the mountains so I appreciate the challenge however I would strongly encourage upgrading the equipment and the up and down loading speeds of the internet. Today's technology requires a minimum of 250mb up and down load speeds. Other than this challenge we truly liked the place.

Beautiful place with all of the amenities & then some! Great place overlooking the woods with plenty of wildlife to watch. Walk-in shower & fully equipped kitchen were appreciated!

Absolutely one of the best cabins we’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, had everything we needed, plus so much more! Loved the scenery and the hot tub was awesome! Would definitely stay here again! Side note the host Kevin, is on top of things making sure we had everything we needed.

The cabin was spotless and very comfortable. Easy access to places in the area. Hot Tub was a great bonus, and I enjoyed it many times throughout the stay. We had such a relaxing stay. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. The owner is very attentive of you need anything. The property is close to grocery shops. We were able to get to Blairsville,Bryson City, and Chattanooga, Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Grateful for our time spent here! Thank you for everything!
