« We attended an event at the Ironstone Amphitheater and this place was less than 10 min away. It is such a cute and cozy place with everything we needed. We enjoyed our coffee on the back deck in the morning and a family of wild turkeys visited...it was awesome. »

« Loved our stay at this property. We were in town for a sad occasion, my father's memorial service. Staying in this home was perfect for inviting friends in to chat about my dad. It also gave us easy access to town to meet more friends at Hovey for a gathering after the services. Kitchen amenities had everything we needed and the rooms were so comfortable. »

« Wow! Absolutely amazing. It was nice and quiet. Everything was great! Although I noticed the common bathroom light randomly goes off and on. I went and turned it off and I was probably 10 feet away and it turned on again. I also made sure nothing was in the way such as the door. It was fully open. »

« Great location with a quick walk to Main Street... Less than 5 minute walk. House exactly as described with great seating out back. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck while watching several species of birds. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at this Beautiful House. It was very spacious, clean and cozy for our family of 8. The backyard is amazing so comfortable and relaxing. We loved your garden. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. The wineries are very close along with the stores. We enjoyed going for our morning walks with our family dog. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The only thing that didn’t work was the dishwasher. Overall we are looking forward to booking again! »

« Darling perfect house near downtown Sonora. Walking distance to all the fun things downtown and also groceries. My kids and I came for a nostalgic getaway since I spent all my childhood summers in Tuolumne. We had a lovely time. The house is very nicely furnished, WiFi and private backyard. Charming in every way. »
