„I stayed ten days for a business trip in this hotel. It was clean, the service was good, the room was large. The breakfast could be a bit more varied but was ok. My main point of criticism is about the service in the lobby. „The male at the window at check in was very nice and respectful.When I made reservations it was wrong.The room reserved was for smoking and it was upstairs with no elevator.I I informed the man the situation and he bent over backwards to find me another room.He didn't have to do that but he did.His kindness was very appreciated.I don't know his name but if the manager sees this review I hope he returns the kindness to him.“
