One Ocean Place est la destination parfaite pour votre famille vacances à la plage - 2 piscines, 2 bains à remous, un parking couvert, entrée fermée, et la sécurité 24 heures.

Cette immaculĂ©e 3 chambres / 3 salle de bains spacieuse (1600 sq. Ft.) Condo offre une vue imprenable sur la plage et l'ocĂ©an depuis le 6Ăšme Ă©tage. La chambre principale est meublĂ©e d'un lit king-size et offre une vue qui vous permet de regarder le soleil du matin se lever sur l'ocĂ©an sans lever votre tĂȘte de l'oreiller! La salle de bain principale dispose d'un grand jacuzzi pour recharger vos batteries. Chambre # 2 a un lit queen-size et la chambre n ° 3 est fourni avec 2 lits jumeaux. Chaque chambre possĂšde sa propre salle de bain privĂ©e complĂšte (lit salle de bain a baignoire et douche) et un ventilateur de plafond. Si vous avez besoin d'une capacitĂ© de couchage supplĂ©mentaire, le canapĂ© dans le salon ouvre sur un lit queen-size. Un bĂ©bĂ© Pack 'N Play peut Ă©galement ĂȘtre fournie sur demande.

Nos espaces de vie et salle Ă  manger sont extrĂȘmement propre, spacieuse et confortable - parfait pour se prĂ©lasser autour aprĂšs une journĂ©e au soleil! La baies vitrĂ©es offrent une vue de l'intĂ©rieur qui ne peut pas ĂȘtre battu. Le grand (48 ") TV Ă  Ă©cran plat dans le salon est Ă©quipĂ© HD. TĂ©lĂ©viseurs sont Ă©galement situĂ©s dans chacune des chambres. La salle Ă  manger a une pleine barre humide pour une grande expĂ©rience de divertissement. Le condo a Ă©galement une laveuse & sĂ©choir pour votre commoditĂ©. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec toutes les commoditĂ©s de la maison; y compris une machine Ă  glaçons, cafetiĂšre, micro-ondes, grand choix de pots de qualitĂ© et des casseroles, vaisselle, Ă©pices aussi!

Il y aura 2 chaises et un parasol mis en place pour vous tous les jours sur la plage (Memorial Day Ă  Labor Day)!

Si vous cherchez un changement de rythme du vent, des vagues et du sable, One Ocean Place propose une grande terrasse de la piscine avec piscines et bains à remous à chaque extrémité avec beaucoup de chaises longues donnant sur les piscines cristallines (nettoyée tous les jours) et l'océan.

Ceci est un condo familiale et nous prenons beaucoup de fierté dans sa propreté et l'apparence. Nos parents sont des résidents permanents de One Ocean Place et seront disponibles pour aider à assurer que votre expérience de vacances est sans souci. Nous sommes convaincus que chaque client va quitter notre maison de plage avec de merveilleux souvenirs, de belles photos, et un désir de rester avec nous l'année prochaine!

Anniversary Getaway

Wonderful week would sum it up! This property is awesome! Very clean, very comfortable, very nice floor plan, and only a few steps from the sand! We loved waking up to a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony each morning and ending the night on the balcony, listening to the waves. So very relaxing! It is in a very convenient location for walking, shopping and dining. The property is well equipped with everything you need to be “home away from home”! The kitchen, bath, and bedrooms have everything you need to be comfy and relaxed! There is an elevator on the property and also gate key passes to get in or leave, and to also access the pool and the beach, which I loved! We stayed the last week of October 2024, which is our favorite time of year to be at the beach. The weather was beautiful! The owner, Bob Leckie, was awesome! He was very helpful with any questions we had as well as making sure all went smoothly with our arrival and our accommodations. I would highly recommend this property!

Highly recommend this condo. It was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. Bob was always available and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach and pool areas are so clean. The beach chairs with umbrella that were placed on beach early every morning was a bonus. Can’t say enough about this property

Amazing Week

Great condo with the most magnificent views. The owners thought of a lot of extras that made this an awesome rental. It was a well maintained condo and we loved the umbrella and chairs every day. The building is safe and it was a family friendly atmosphere. We can't think of any negative other than having to leave. Thanks for the memories! We will be back.

Beach Vacation

Condo is absolutely gorgeous! View of beach and ocean from balcony is awesome! Easily accommodated all 8 in family. Working with the owner Bob was great, very responsive and process was easy. Having umbrella and chairs on beach included was really amazing. I cannot say enough about this place, highly recommend, this listing will surpass all expectation! A lovely stay!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, beach chairs, beach toys and kitchen supplies. The recent upgrades were great! The new washer and dryer came in really handy for us. Bob the owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. We will return in the future!

Excellent Accomodations! Excellent Customer Service!

We were thrilled with our accomodations! Everything was as described and pictured. The view from the balcony was magnificent and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. We are now spoiled with the chair & umbrella set up on the beach. It made things so much easier for us. Bob was a pleasure to work with and very responsive! Due to the size of the complex, I had questions about the walk from the unit to the beach. Bob explained it to me and his description was right on. It was quick and easy. I would also note that the complex does not feel nearly as large as it appears in the pictures. We enjoyed nightly firework shows from the balcony. I hope to be booking another stay as soon as possible!

Great location

Imagine going to sleep with the soothing sound of waves. In the morning relax on the balcony, with your coffee, watching the activity on the beach. This clean condo is very comfortable, located convenient to shopping, Brookgreen Garden, restaurants, and of course the beach. Great communication with the owner also.

Great Beach Unit

The location is excellent and situated in a lovely beach home community. At any time of day, the view of the beach from the unit is gorgeous. The unit was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The beds were the most comfortable we found compared to any previous vacation rental. As an added bonus, the owners were very friendly and helpful.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean. I did not have to clean one thing when I went in. Nice to have a beach chair per payed for the week. There were beach toys for kids. We did not bring any kids this trip. Everything is up to date. Owners are very nice to talk to. Over all very enjoyable and one of my best pick to stay.

Fabulous property and fabulous view! Very clean and property has all you could want or need for your vacation! Property owners are very friendly and the extra perk of having the chairs and umbrella on the beach every day was fabulous! Also, so enjoyed having private bathrooms with each bedroom!!! Relaxing stay

Beautiful condo with all we needed. View was spectacular as the sun rose and sun set and all time in between. We like staying in the Leicke's condo because they are friendly and always make sure we are satisfied with our stay. Their condo is lovely, clean and with their new shades on the big windows I found a great place to nap!

What a great time we had at this unit. Bob was very helpful and his communication was top notch. The condo was beautiful and all the things you could possibly need were there. The views from the oceanfront balcony were gorgeous. What a great week we had. I would come back to here year after year. One of the nicest condos we’ve ever rented.

Great view and layout for our family- condo has everything you need! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked, place is immaculately clean and best is the view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Bob is a pleasure to rent from- seamless and easy! We will be back!

We looked at several properties to rent but could not find another like this! Turns out, this place even exceeded our expectations. THE VIEW! Comfort and all the luxury 3 adult couples could ask for in an oceanfront beach vacation. Super clean, stocked, 2 pools, and private pool bathroom. Owner Bob is super accommodating and personal. Great family vacation

We had a great family vacation even though Covid restrictions kept us from doing some of our normal activities. This was our 10 month old granddaughter's first beach trip. She loved it! The condo was perfect for us and one of the nicest if not the nicest unit we have rented at One Ocean Place. We hope to return again!
