« Apartment was huge but felt the space could have been configured a bit better e.g. with a kitchenette or more comfy living area. View was amazing (just be aware that the picture shown is when the trees were very young/ had no leaves and they now cover the lake view). Breakfast was nice. Cleaning was good but would have liked the bed linen to be changed - we stayed for 5 nights and it was not changed. »
« The hotel is in a lovely location overlooking the lake, I would recommend a lake view room. The breakfast was excellent with so much variety. We had dinner one night which was also good quality.
The staff were very nice and friendly, and I would like to give special mention to Marco and Davide who were so kind and helpful when we needed to arrange our journey back to the airport and we're having difficulty, they also agreed to us having a late checkout.
I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting...

« The room was small but clean. Staff was very gentle and professional. There is a parking where you can park your car for 15âŹ, as there is not a lot of place where to park in the city.
