« Achei limpeza do banheiro deficiente. Café da manhã regular. Máquina de café expresso quebrada »

« SUGESTÃO: Trocar os travesseiros, regular a porta do box (precisa trocar a rodanas) e lubrificar a dobradiça da porta do banheiro. »

« "Absolute nightmare, a scam, and full of lies – 0/5 stars"I’d give this place zero stars if I could. The management is entirely dishonest, running an operation with an unreachable host who disappears when issues arise. After dealing with a terrible room, we advised the admin we’d stay only 1 night, check out the next day, and requested a 2-night refund. The admin explicitly agreed, but Expedia later informed us they never forwarded the refund info, blocking our money back. They lied straight to...

« Be aware that the listing photos may not match the actual unit—I was told they are "illustrative," and the initial apartment I received was worn and loud facing the main street. Thankfully, the host was very helpful and moved me to a quiet studio. For solo guests, the studio is actually a much better choice than the cramped 1-bedroom layout. The biggest ongoing issue is the building's facial recognition entrance door, which failed to recognize me more than 50% of the time (a common complaint...

« Quarto bem limpinho e organizado! Bom atendimento do Staff! »
