« Do not stay here. The parking lot was empty. We saw one other couple come in. As the owner was very rude to them, he looked at us angrily as we walked by. Seems sketchy and scary. »

« Property is very clean. Big. Spacious room. Very close the the downtown area. »

« Upon arrival the room smelled terrible. It was hot and dingy. When we turned the air conditioner on a horrible smelled came out and continued to squeak nonstop. The windows were absolutely filthy and the view they claim was a freeway. We were in the room 15 minutes and in that time some random person attempted to come in our room. We left and didn't end up staying. »

« Hotel propre et situé sur une route fréquentée, ce qui engendre un peu de bruit. Chambre de grande taille, propre. Décoration un peu surannée comme tous les hôtels US. Un peu bruyant à cause des autres clients qui prennent le frais sur la coursive, et des ces portes de communication entre chambres. Petit-déjeuner lamentable dans une salle exiguë au possible. Best Western pourrait mieux faire. Une nuit OK, plus cela demande des efforts... »

« The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten »

« Pro: The area surrounding the place was beautiful. Con: unit was not clean when we arrived. Beds had been made but sheets were dirty. Dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty. The stove top still had food on it and the oven had burned food in it. Plus, the A/C unit was not working. Also, the pool was being refurbished so it did not have water in it. »

« Would have liked to have had better mattress on the beds Seemed like they were to soft and not very comfortable You could almost feel the springs when you put your weight on them Just seemed like inexpensive mattresses Other than that the stay was great One other thing the hot tub kept saying something about the primary filter needing to be looked at »

« The toilet handle has been broken for some time the lamp was the short circuit and would not stay on the sink didn't have a sink stopper and it was slightly cracked pieces of or fall off and they will stick it on with unpainted wood they painted things with ugliest colors the property has been purchased many years ago don't look like they did any upkeep whatsoever no luck on the door besides the regular door lock it was a gated fence around the property and it's sliding door almost like a prison...

« Room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was an issue-out of some options and limited supplies for other options. »

« Room was clean and air worked properly. The light bulbs needed changing but other than that I was very pleased. Breakfast was good but not well stocked at the time we got there but the staff quickly got what we asked for. »
