Great stay!

Clean rooms, clean pools, friendly staff and overall nice stay. Would love to be back with the kids. Ate at Indigo last night and crab cakes and my club were wonderful. Resort is close to alot. We will be back

It’s not bad at all location is very good 5 mins or less to broadway at the beach. It needs a mattress and some cleaning done. We cleaned the place as soon as we got there. Not a bad place just needs some attention.

We enjoyed our stay!! Lots of Marijuana smoke in the air every time we were on the balcony. Conveniently located to everything!! Short of having to sweep up all the sand on the floors when we got there, it was a nice place!!

Anniversary getaway

Check-in was easy and prompt. Once we walked in the room it smelled fresh and clean. The only issue was the bed, was not comfortable for us very springy and hard, it was difficult getting a good night's sleep. This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel and I think we found our go to spot. The bed won't stop us from staying here. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to come back again!

Husband birthday getaway

The room was nice and clean. There wasn’t much privacy for your balcony and even though this is a smoke free hotel every time we went outside it smelled like marijuana from others balconies. When stayed on the 18th floor, when we got upstairs our room key would not work so I had to go back down and then back up to wait on maintenance. He was very friendly and no more problems with the key pad. Just FYI we told to keep the key away from cellphones & credit cards bc it would “deactivate” the cards… we went to the pool bar but the drinks were highly priced & not tasty. My husbands Long Island ice tea costed $22 & he said it was disgusting .. however I got a daiquiri & it was pretty good paid $11 for it and it tasted like there was no alcohol. I can’t really rate the restaurant there bc we are at other places.. the pools were clean. Our room was considered ocean view but it felt like it was ocean front bc it had a large view of the water.. the staff was very friendly. Also the parking garage was VERY tight with small parking spaces. If you have a small car you wil be fine..

Myrtle Beach visit!!

I checked in late because of the Coastal Carolina vs. Army game ending late but had no problem accessing my room. The room was clean, but there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and I give the queen bed mattress a C-.

Great access to beach. Front desk staff unprofessional. All other workers friendly and hard working. Pool area clean, breezy, nice shade and not overly busy. Restaurant not desireable. Outdoor bar was not open long enough (morn or eve). Bed was clean, floors were not. Dj was overly loud. Small bathroom. Elevators got people stuck multiple times. No chairs or umbrellas for rent.

Relaxing Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were friendly and the property was perfect. We enjoyed our dinner at the Indigo Coastal Kitchen restaurant, our waiter was friendly and the food was excellent. The only negative feedback is the parking deck. It is really difficult to get through the tight driveways from level to level. Otherwise great location, great get away and we will definitely come back!

Room floors were disgusting, had to go buy some house shoes from the get go. White socks turned black from the filth. Towels smelled like a ashtray, and so did the room upon entry. Had to buy a air freshener when we bought house shoes. Also they was doing construction work all night long, air compressor ran nonstop, banging around overhead. This was our second time staying here, maybe it was just because of the off season and they don’t give flip. First stay was pleasant without issues. Can’t say much for what we paid, I guess the ol saying you get what you pay for is true. All the staff was very friendly on both trips.
