The pool is great, as well as the hot tub! The room was very clean; a bit outdated but that didn't bother us. We would have liked to have another chair and a nightstand.

Excellent location near all things Savannah. The space was spotless and larger than expected. Ample free street parking. Lovely parks nearby. We were able to walk to all meals. The Britta pitcher was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

I did enjoy my vacation, loved that it was area for the dogs to go to the bathroom, but the room looks better on the picture than in reality, It was a smell to it when I first walked in. And I had bunch of bugs in the room which the management called pest control right away, but that made me give it 4 stars not 5. Other than that, its right on the beach close to everything so it was very enjoyable

This was my first time using Vrbo, and it was an outstanding experience. The room was nice and cozy. The view of the ocean was perfect. Definitely felt like a home away from home while visiting my children.

We stayed two nights. There was only two of us, so the room was plenty big enough. I liked that you needed codes to get in the building from the beach side, a little extra security. The pools/ hot tub was great. We rented movies from the lobby. Would stay here again!

Great Beach View

Fabulous room for a week away. Room was clean. The beach was just steps away. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Location was great. Close enough to everything without being right in the middle of it all. Walmart was right there from easy grocery pickup. Loved our stay and hope to be back next year!

Location is the only thing good

There were a few things we did not like and weren’t happy about. Check in was fairly smooth. We were given pool towels and said we had to turn them in to the front desk where someone put on a glove and took them from me to give me new towels. This wasn’t only for the pool towels which should be located in the pool area like every other resort but also for our room towels. Our fridge had something that had spilled and dried. There were hairs in one of the beds and the sink would not drain in the bathroom and the stopper was not hooked up. When I pulled it up hair and slime came up. Also when in the hot tub someone kept throwing fishing sinkers at us from the floors above almost striking us in the hot tub. When telling the front desk there was no urgency to the matter. So I wrote a formal complaint on a piece of paper since they had no complaint forms. Overall I’ll find another place next time.

Stayed for three nights, one person. It was a perfect location...right on the beach and walking distance to Walmart for groceries. The property was very quiet (hardly anyone there in February). The view as amazing and the morning sunrises were gorgeous from my balcony. The front desk staff was kind, overall it was a good stay. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable, shower was hot, kitchen was convenient to have in my room. Only gripe is the 10am checkout time...way too early and there is no option for a late checkout. Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 10:01 and stood there waiting for me to leave. Also, there is not an option for the front desk to hold your luggage so I had to tote my suitcase around until I was ready to head to the airport.

I had to clean the room on arrival, dirty floors, everything needed dusting, including the table in the room and the door to the porch, the kitchen needed cleaning, microwave. There were roaches all over the room and walls I sprayed and killed them, I also let the owner know these things. Overall the view was the only good point. and off season cheap - I guess you get what you pay for. The beds were so uncomfortable felt like we were sleeping on a bed of nails. I would not recommended this to anyone and will not stay here again. The noise and contintion of the building they are working on but is is a total disaster, the front desk couldn't even print a piece of paper out and were not setup or arrivals the day we came in. We had to hunt someone down each and every time we needed something like a clean towel etc. I guess the front desk is in a mess so the employees don't think they need to be available.? ??

Ditch the Code

I was happy with the unit and the location. The room was clean and ocean front! I was not happy that there was construction in the lobby and we had to listen to drilling and jack hammering all day. We were not informed when we booked the room. The biggest issue we had was the 10 digit….10 digit code to get in the room. It always took several attempts to get in. It would turn red on the 4th or 5th digit. Not so good when you are standing out in the cold with bags and a dog in your arms. We asked for a different code with less digits, and the front desk guy said, “I know, we have had issues with these. You just have to keep trying.” Unbelievable! A couple of times, it took 5 minutes to get in to our room. We even contacted Vacasa, but no resolution!

Loved everything!

I was 100% genuinely satisfied about my decision to book a stay at ocean park resort through the vrbo website! First time booking at an oceanfront resort on my own so I was concerned about choosing the right place to stay. This resort did not disappoint, I had an amazing, RELAXING time. We stayed through the week, middle of august. While there was a couple other families staying as well, the resort never once felt crowded, which allowed me to feel comfortable enough to fully relax. It was almost like having the pool and the hot tub to myself at some times. The hot outside hot tub is beautiful and BIG. You can view the beach from the pool/hot tub. Steps to the beach. Room was very clean. The whole resort was very clean. Maintenance was quick and efficient. The beds were uncomfortable but fine to sleep on still. I loved my stay!! Would 10/10 recommend, and book again in the future.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the full kitchen and cooking accessories. The room had a beautiful view, and the beach access was very convenient. While we did not use the pools and decks, they looked very inviting. And the on-site dog care and grooming were wonderful amenities! We will definitely schedule a return visit!

Right on the beach..easy access. And close proximity to great food and entertainment.

Enjoyed our time with only one problem, we were on 8th floor and the room above us played very loud music all day Sunday and until after midnight. Quiet hours were not managed. We are recommending this place to friends though.. pet friendly and clean non smoking lodging. 🙂
