Beach Cottage: Glow Arcade + Aquarium Bunk Room

ABOUT THIS SPACE



Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, room for seven, laid out so nobody takes turns being comfortable.



Welcoming Foyer. A red lifeguard chair and a painted beach-scene wall greet you. The first family photo of the trip happens right here, before anyone sets down a bag.



Blue Suite (main floor). A King Sealy Highpoint Hybrid mattress, 55-inch LG smart TV, a desk by the window, and a private ensuite bath. On the first floor, it is the easy room for grandparents or anyone skipping stairs.



Garage Glow Room. The reason guests rebook. Five full-size arcade cabinets on free play: Time Crisis, Marvel X-Men, NBA Jam, Golden Tee and Ms. Pac-Man. Add a blacklight glow room with a 65-inch LG smart TV, a bar with stools, ping pong, indoor mini golf, cornhole and karaoke, and a rained-out afternoon becomes the best day of the trip. Beach gear lives here too, all yours: boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, a pull wagon, cooler, sand toys and life jackets.



Pink Suite (second floor). A King Serta iComfort mattress, blackout curtains that actually work, a private bathroom entrance and a 55-inch LG smart TV.



Aquarium Bunkbed Bedroom. A life-size sea turtle mural, LED color lighting and a staircase bunk bed with real steps instead of a wobbly ladder, plus blackout curtains. Kids claim this room in about four seconds.



Laundry Room. A full-size washer and dryer, so you pack half as much and drive home with clean clothes.



Fully Loaded Kitchen. Quartz countertops, stainless appliances and the tools you actually cook with on vacation: a KitchenAid stand mixer, Ninja blender, waffle iron, Keurig and dishwasher. Kids' dinnerware, a booster seat and a pack-n-play are already here.



Beachy Living Room. An electric fireplace for cool coastal evenings, a 65-inch LG smart TV and a stack of board games. Outside: a private balcony, patio furniture, sun loungers and an outdoor shower for rinsing off before you step in.
