The front desk staff was friendy. I had a miss understanding about parking. Had to pay parking and put a hold on my credit card for damages that i was unaware of. The kitchenette did not have a oven, there were two steps in the room, that i had difficulty with. Couldn't get the TV to work, called front desk they sent someone that fixed it.
Negative things about the room that needs maintainence attention is, the dining room chair the rods are out of the legs, the table was so wobbly you couldn't use it. The refrigerator was leaking, the lamp in the bedroom doesn't work. I'm not sure how the resort got a 9.0 rating. I did not notify maintenance of these things on site, didn't want to be bothered with them working on things.
My question to you Expedia do hotels have set rooms that are for Expedia customers that are not top rate. This is my thought process for trip. The resort is large and beautiful with lots of things to do.
