Perfect Family Vacation

This place was gorgeous! Perfect amount of space for our family of 4, and the direct VIEW of the ocean was everything! Great location, easy beach access, surrounded by restaurants, mini golf, and the strip is only a short few min drive. Broadway at the Beach is also really close, so there are plenty of choices for fun family activities. Note, you do not get access to the mini water park on the property, but there are others in short distance you can get tickets for.

Beautiful ocean views and clean room

The condo was very clean and decorated in cute beach decor. Having the ability to cook inside the unit was fantastic and saved us a lot of money. The fridge with freezer was a great large size and the balcony overlooked the ocean. I loved the addition of a keurig coffee maker so we could relax on the porch in the early mornings with our cup of Joe. The host was extremely prompt in answering any concerns or questions we had. We needed to add an additional night and the host made it happen so quickly. We also received a detailed welcome packet online that listed details about the condo as well as attractions nearby. The check in and out process was the smoothest process ever. Would highly recommend!

Girls trip

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and it was fantastic! The room was very nice and had a great view. It is centrally located and a quick drive to all the attractions. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Didn’t Want To Leave

Amazing!! When I opened the door , I knew I had made the best decision on where to stay while in Myrtle Beach! It was exactly like the photos and the description I read . The beds were so comfortable. I loved the long table with 4 chairs inside . We enjoyed food from the pizza place and the other restaurant located downstairs. It was perfect that we could just grab lunch or dinner and enjoy it on the balcony too. Finally, what a view of the sunrise !! It is an amazing from this unit . We will be back soon !!!

When we arrived the door was left open and my husband had to do a walk through before going just to be sure no one was in the unit. The unit was clean when we arrived. We didn’t have access to the water park and wasn’t able to get access which wasn’t an easy concept for a child wanting to play at the water park on site. We had a water leak from the unit above on our last day, we allowed fans/dehumidifiers to be placed, but those were extremely loud/heat producing. The company did provide us with another room after we realized the fans would be too much to deal with.

Was all fine until the ceiling leaked

The room was great, had what we needed and was very clean. On our second to last night, the ceiling started dripping right above one of the beds. About 3 am. I called the building, who couldn’t do anything because I was a VRBO tenant. Which I get. I called the owner and was told someone would be there between 7 and 8. I got up early made sure it was ready. No one showed up. I asked where they were, said they got stuck in traffic. I asked again, since it’s now past 10, I skipped morning plans because of this. Guy shows up at 11:30 AM. Takes pictures of the ceiling which is now leaking in 6 places and leaves. Said someone will contact me in a half hour. No one does. I have to contact the owner who tells me someone from the building will be there soon. Eventually, someone from the building shows up and tells me it’s an AC issue from the room above me and he will get a company there in an hour. So now, it’s almost 12 hours this ceiling has been leaking. We’re using pots and pans to catch the water. We were leaving the next day. I’m annoyed and frustrated, validly so. The ceiling doesn’t stop leaking until the next morning. I reached out to the owner multiple times for compensation over this. I was just told we’re working on it. The owner called while i was at work weeks after my stay, but I wanted everything in writing. The room was nice but how all of that happened was just a terrible experience.

Great little condo

Great location. Very well furnished. Very pretty. Keyless entry was great. Nice pool. Easy steps from beach. Only small thing I would add would be a mirror, preferably full size, outsize the bathroom so getting ready would be easier. Quick responses from renter. Very pleased!

Beautiful Room and View - Uncomfortable Beds

This was the first time staying at a VRBO property and we were impressed. I appreciated the amount of communication through emails leading up to the dates of our stay and while we were there. The only thing I will say is that the beds were super firm and uncomfortable, which is just a personal preference. Also, we wished there was a screen sliding door so we could hear the ocean while keeping the doors closed. Other than that, the property was great and we would love to stay here again.

Modern and Clean

When I stay at a property, it has to be modern and clean, not old and musty. This unit met my standards nicely. This unit has obviously been updated recently. It is indeed clean and comfortable. Nice view of the ocean and beach. It's fairly small for a family of 4, but great for a single or a couple or a couple with small children. Gormet cooking in the unit might be problematic. Yes, it has a small cooktop. But not much counter space. And, the sink and countetop heating unit are not located nearby. Two separate locations in the unit. But, for me and anyone not planning to cook a gourmet dinner it's a great place to stay. My rating criteria is such that, if I'd stay at a place again, I give it a 5-star rating. Yes, I'd return. Definitely.

Great View...Higher Level

I enjoyed my stay here. Comfy beds, nice furnishings, & water pressure in shower was perfect. I could hear other guests in adjoining rooms and overhead. There were also fire alarms that went off outside the building one day, but the front desk answered all questions. Laundry facilities were helpful. and indoor pool. I was able to work with wifi connection. I stayed off season so onsite restaurants were closed. I recommend this condo overall.

Beautiful!!

This property was so pretty and cute! I absolutely loved the decor! The unit had everything we needed for our anniversary trip. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We were lucky enough to be there to see the full moon over the ocean and it was gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

An amazing room.

The decor in our condo was perfect for us. We talked about the calm, serene feeling it gave us. We loved it so much that we went on the hunt for similar pieces for our own homes. The dehumidifier was the best thing ever! It was crazy how much moisture was in the air. Really made a difference! The drapes could use some help though! Very ugly when pulled closed! We enjoyed our room very much and would definitely consider booking with you again
