From the beginning of our trip things didn’t flow good. We weren’t even in the system when we checked in and had to go back twice and then call the host- a lot of wasted time. We then got to rental and noticed the King bed that was in the description of the property didn’t exist. We had a very uncomfortable queen bed and there was a full bed in other bedroom. The tiny stove was sprayed with oven cleaner that was never wiped out and all stuck on so we couldn’t use the oven . The tv never worked but the host did say he could fix it but by that time we were leaving. We were promised a lower rate for parking each day and that wasn’t set up. With this being said we did receive a small refund for these problems . The host did text and email but in my opinion the experience wasn’t great. I’m not sure the listing is changed yet to say queen instead of king. It does say queen at top but in description says king which made us think we were getting a king. It was a lovely location and quiet street and had a fantastic golf cart that we used everyday. The refridgerator didn’t work right as the door kept staying open and you couldn’t adjust the temp and same with air conditioning. I guess for the price we felt things could have been better maintained .
