The Space:

Please note that this condo is located on the second floor of the building, and elevator access is not available. Guests will need to use the stairs to access the property.

Upon entering the condo, guests are welcomed into the fully equipped kitchen, designed to make meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Granite countertops stretch throughout the space, while abundant cabinetry provides plenty of room for groceries, snacks, and vacation essentials. Full sized appliances include a stove and oven, mounted microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. You'll also find convenient countertop appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster to help make mornings a little easier. Whether you're preparing a family breakfast before heading to the beach, packing lunches for a day of adventure, or enjoying a quiet dinner at home, this kitchen has everything you need. Tucked conveniently within the kitchen area is the washer and dryer, a favorite feature among past guests who appreciate being able to return home with clean laundry.



Overlooking the living area, the kitchen's breakfast bar provides seating for four guests, making it a great place to enjoy a quick meal or morning coffee. Nearby, the spacious dining table offers seating for six, creating the perfect gathering place for family dinners, board games, card tournaments, or planning the next day's beach adventures.



The living room serves as the heart of the condo and offers plenty of comfortable seating for the entire group. A sofa converts into a full sized sleeper bed, while the loveseat folds out into a twin sized sleeper, providing additional sleeping accommodations when needed. A large ottoman anchors the space, while end tables and lamps create a warm and inviting atmosphere. A large flat screen Smart TV mounted on a stylish accent wall provides the perfect place to unwind after a day spent soaking up the sun.



Just off the living room, sliding glass doors lead to your private screened in balcony. Furnished with comfortable seating for the group, this peaceful outdoor space is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book in the afternoon breeze, or winding down in the evening after a day at the beach.



Located on the main level, the primary suite offers a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. A plush king sized bed is framed by matching end tables and lamps, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A dresser provides storage for your belongings, while a wall mounted flat screen TV allows you to enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of bed. A comfortable accent chair tucked into the corner adds an extra touch of relaxation. The attached primary bathroom features a vanity sink with cabinet storage, while the shower and tub combination and toilet are separated for added convenience and privacy.



Heading upstairs, guests will find the second bedroom, thoughtfully furnished with two full sized beds, making it an excellent option for children, teenagers, or additional guests. A spacious dresser provides plenty of room for unpacking, and another wall mounted flat screen TV ensures everyone has their own entertainment space.



Also located on the upper level is the second full bathroom, featuring a vanity sink with cabinet storage, mirror, toilet, and a shower and tub combination. Back on the main level, guests will also have access to a convenient half bathroom equipped with a sink and toilet.



Pack light and settle in with ease. This vacation rental comes fully stocked with fresh towels, linens, bedding, cookware, cutlery, glassware, and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. We also provide a starter supply of toiletries including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner to help make your arrival stress free.



Guests staying at Summertree Village will enjoy access to a variety of community amenities, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as a grilling area perfect for enjoying a casual meal after a day spent exploring the beach.
