“Homeplace” is in Old Nags Head Place, a great location for your family at the beach! “Homeplace” has a private pool that is indeed private, with vegetation and trees behind the pool fence. The hot tub is located right on the pool deck so adults can relax while the kids play in the pool after a hard day on the beach! Bring Fido because this family-friendly location is indeed friendly for the whole family! The rec room has a pool table and the ground-level refrigerator has an icemaker for cold drinks by the pool. There is plenty of deck space on two levels and the stairs start by the pool deck and go all the way up to the top-level access into the living room and kitchen.

Old Nags Head Place is a great neighborhood with quiet streets for biking, walking, and running. It is located right across the street from the north entrance to Jockey's Ridge State Park and close to shopping, restaurants, Nags Head Pier, and other family activities. Nestled in a serene cul-de-sac, "Homeplace" offers a tranquil and safe environment, perfect for families looking for a peaceful getaway. Two beach accesses are down the community sidewalk or Hollowell Street, take your pick!

Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
