House of the Rising Sun has three comfortable bedrooms offering space for everyone. Two of the bedrooms feature private bathrooms and their own decks, giving guests extra privacy and a quiet place to enjoy the ocean breeze. Unwind on either of the two upper-level decks, where you can take in the refreshing ocean air and the soothing sounds of the waves crashing on the sand. Inside, you'll enjoy all the conveniences you need for an effortless stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings to allow everyone to relax and enjoy their time on the OBX!

Exploring the Area: Located in the center of Nags Head, you will find some place to go and visit for all to enjoy. Just a few miles down the road, you can visit Jennette's Fishing Pier and spend the day with your fishing line in the Atlantic Ocean catching today's dinner. With spectacular views, it is the perfect location for avid-fishers and families-alike to enjoy.

Beach Access: Beach access is right behind the building! Raised wooden beach walkway is just a few steps away from the home and is private to the guests staying in the Quay community.

Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings within 51 Weeks in Advance: This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. The fireplace is not operational.

2024 Community Pool Dates: Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
