Our stay was fantastic, Kim was a great host, very responsive, the condo is even better than the pictures and bigger than we expected, for a family of 6 it was perfect!

The property was exactly as described. The beds comfortable and the sheets and pillows were great.The views from the balcony spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need and the on-site bbq’s were convenient to the unit were clean and easy to operate.We would be more than happy to stay at this property again.

Long weekend getaway

We had a great stay at this property for 3 nights. The location is fantastic & we enjoyed walking around near the resort. The house is beautifully decorated & extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook meals & relax while enjoying the amazing view.

My family of 6 (4 kids aged 6-14) just spent our vacation here and we absolutely loved it. The condo exceeded all our expectations. The location was fantastic. Kim was amazing to deal with and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in fun location

My family of five spent a wonderful week at the Foxglove -- the location was perfect for hiking and beachcombing, and we all enjoyed the resort amenities at home. The condo was a perfect home base for fun on Vancouver Island and we were all sad to leave.

Great unit, clean & had all basic supplies plus extras (like enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags... even beach towels)Location had lots to do onsite, and it's only mintues away from parksville. Owners were easy to deal with and made everything easy. We plan to come back!

Excellent place for family!

Kim has created a comfortable and relaxing place surrounded by beauty and excellent amenities. With a 5 year old, 3 year old, and 1 years old, we really enjoyed the pools, playground, and beach. Her extra touches of leaving toys out for the kids, and great beach supplies made packing much easier.

Perfect family vacation

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you need. The location is spectacular, and was great with a little one for walks around the grounds and swimming. Easy parking and access to the unit. Everything you need is close by (grocery, etc). Communication with the host was excellent, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Would come back in a heart beat!

We had an amazing time on our trip to Nanoose! The property was absolutely spotless, well appointed and surrounded with amenities. The beds were all comfortable and we had absolutely everything we needed. The pools and beach kept us all happy and the quick drive to Parksville gave us even more options of things to do. The on-site restaurant was super tasty and full of locally sourced options. Highly recommend this property - we will definitely be back!

Home Away From Home!

Fabulous place! All of the comforts of home! Tastefully furnished, spacious, extremely functional. Set on a gorgeous property just minutes from Parksville. Kim's accommodating nature was also a great bonus! We'll definitely be back!

Great central location for exploring other parts of the island and still being near a ferry to the mainland. Unit is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Host is great with communication. Complex has good amenities with pool, hot tubs, sauna. There is even a restaurant on premises. One note, some amenities like kayaks and standup paddle boards are limited use parts of the year due to tide schedules.

Amazing Family Accommodation

This is an incredible accommodation located on a beautiful property with many amenities for all ages, and just minutes away from downtown Parksville. There are many thoughtful touches and supplies in the unit and the fantastic layout provides both open spaces to spend time together and quiet spaces for time on your own. Highlights include very comfortable beds, air conditioning, well stocked kitchen, views of the river/ocean/sunset from the main deck and easy access to the beach and all areas of the resort.

Wonderful!!

Our stay was a wonderful experience. The host has created a very special home for her guests to come and relax. Lots of extra and thoughtful touches. The kitchen was a dream to work in and was fully stocked. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living space were all very spacious and comfortable for all of us. Highly recommend this property.

The host’s thoughtfulness invested into Foxglove has provided a wonderful time of fun, rest and enjoyment of the nature by the Nanoose Bay. The kitchen is fully stocked, two bedrooms on the other side of the sitting ensure good privacy, balconies to watch the ebbs and flows of an inlet below, and the jet tub in master bedroom is a delightful bonus for the morning and eve. It’s been a blissful getaway for all of us.

Great stay

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. There were a couple issues but Kim was very quick to respond and in rectifying the issues. Spacious space and the indoor / outdoor pool was very popular with the kids. Would recommend.

Always an amazing stay at The Foxglove. It’s the perfect size for our family of 4 and the unit is situated on the tidal creek, where we love to watch it fill up and empty out. The unit itself is well very appointed. We cook most of our meals at the unit or at one of the BBQ’s in the resort. The kitchen has everything we could ever need. We also make use of the laundry thanks to having 2 adventurous boys. Another great vacation in the books.

The owner of this property has thought of everything. Their attention to detail is incredible. The condo felt warm, cozy and very comfortable. The beds and bedding were fantastic, the whole condo felt clean and fresh. This is the best VRBO we have stayed in!! We will definitely return.

Nanoose

For the last 5 years we have picked a place in BC to have our summer family vacation. Kim’s property is a total gem. Absolutely beautiful views. The condo was fully stocked. We took full advantage of all the things to do on the resort. Our little family all agreed this was by far the best stay we had. Every thing was spotless, communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. It truly a special place.

Better than expected

The details were exceptional. First, the condo was much larger than the pics can show. The cupboards in the kitchen had everything you would need and all equipment in top shape. The bathrobes were such a nice touch as well as the picnic basket and beach accessories. All told, the stay was beautiful and the owners were responsive and kind.
