« They put me in a handicap room and I am not handicap, they said this was the only room available, and I had booked months in advance. The wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off. The toilet had not been cleaned or flushed when I arrived. When I woke in the morning and went into the bathroom a bug was crawling on the floor. The room smelled like mold. »

« This place was not new. It was clean and everything worked. What they provided was ample for our overnight stay. It would have been good (not luxurious) for much longer too. It was quiet and convenient. We will book again. »

« The first night, we killed one large cockroach in the bathroom, and thought that was the only one. Just before bed, a large roach started crawling down the wall from the loft area. We called the front desk to ask for a room change. As we waited for them to answer, 3 more large roaches crawled out from behind the curtains. The person working the front desk said that there were no other rooms, and asked if we would like maintenance to spray pesticides. I declined, as I didn't want to breath it...

« The room was perfect! Clean, well appointed, and quiet. Beds were super comfortable and linens smelled terrific! Checking was seamless and we had everything we needed! Thank you for a much needed recharge! »

« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« They had problems with the plumbing above my unit and it overflowed into my bathroom which I tried just to work with people I told him no big deal I cleaned it up with the towels that were there and they kept anybody else from using the unit above me »
