Not recommended, worst experience ever!!
While we selected Silverado Resort expecting a high-end hospitality experience consistent with the pricing and reputation of the property, we were extremely disappointed by the condition of the room assigned to us. The accommodations did not reflect the standards expected from a resort in this price range, and several aspects of the room appeared poorly maintained and below acceptable quality for a premium stay.
In addition to the substandard room conditions, we experienced a highly distressing incident involving the loss of one of our bags during our stay. This bag contained personal belongings and souvenirs collected throughout our Napa trip, valued at over $800, along with items of significant sentimental value and memories from our visit.
We reported the missing baggage immediately; however, it has now been two days without any meaningful follow-up or communication from the hotel team. The lack of urgency and response regarding this matter is concerning and has significantly impacted our overall experience.
We are not recommending this hotel based on our experience. This was the worst experience ever.
