L'appartement est situé dans le coeur de la ville , dans le quartier Chiaia , 10 minutes a pied du celebre bord de mer . Tres proche aux principaux attractions touristiques : Via Caracciolo , Castel dell'Ovo , Piazza Plebiscito . Restaurants , theatres , les elegants bar du bord de mer , les plus prestigeux magasins de la ville , tout a quelques minutes a pied . Le placement central vous permet de faire des tours touristiques et prendre les liaisons pour excursions journalieres a Amalfi , Positano , les iles de Capri est Ischia , Sorrento , les fouilles de Pompei et Ercolano , le Vesuve . Pas loin de l'appartement les
monuments , les musĂ©es principaux de la ville . L'arret metro le plus voisin est a Piazza Amedeo , et relie le quartier au Centre Ancien de la ville ( Spaccanapoli , Piazza del GesĂč , S. L’appartement est situĂ© en hauteur ce qui semble ĂȘtre habituel Ă  Naples. La ville Ă©tant construite sur un monticule. Il faut avoir le cƓur bien accrochĂ© pour gravir les 107 marches et puis la cĂŽte plutĂŽt abrupte qui mĂšne Ă  l’appartement. Toutefois cela en vaut la peine car l’appartement est vaste et trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours au calme dans cette superbe location oĂč tout est prĂ©vu. L'accueil tant de Claudio, propriĂ©taire, que de Salvatore, le concierge, a Ă©tĂ© chaleureux et les conseils qu'ils nous ont dispensĂ©s, fort utiles. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Venons de passer une semaine à Naples et avons été ravis de notre séjour. Avons été trÚs bien accueillis et jusqu'au dernier moment avons été en relation avec le propriétaire absolument charmant. L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, un peu sur la hauteur mais à Naples il faut monter, trÚs bien sécurisé, dans un quartier trÚs agréable tout proche de la via Chiaia. Le séjour est grand et la rue tranquille. A la fin du séjour le propriétaire nous a commandé un taxi. Appartement à recommander sans hésitation.

L'appartement situé dans le quartier "Chiaia" est conforme à la description, bien entretenu et la literie est top , c'est agréable de trouver un lit confortable aprÚs un journée dans Naples. L'appartement est a environ 10 minutes a pied du métro pour rejoindre la gare , pour ce qui est du centre historique nous avons fait tout à pied , c'est vrai qu'il y a une cÎte pour arriver à destination mais Naples est situé sur une colline ,difficile de faire autrement sauf si on veut se retrouver dans le bruit du centre ville .A notre arrivée nous avons été reçu par Stefano qui nous a donné tous les renseignements pour profiter de notre séjour,il parle super bien le français . En résumé appartement au calme ,confortable et bien situé

The property itself is very nice and well-kept. It is safe as well. The check-in process was excellent, and the owner was excellent about communication. The only problem with this property is its location. We are older folks, and it was very difficult to manage walking anywhere. We should have been warned about this.

The concierge was delightful and the manager was very helpful. But the apartment is dark, requiring lights to be on at all times. Not very cheery.The apartment is right off the lobby where people gather to chat, and there is very little soundproofing between the two spaces, so everything you say is heard outside the room and all the socializing is heard in the apartment. For these two reasons I wouldn’t rent it again.

The property was spacious and well equipped and an escape from the hustle bustle of Naples. The area felt much less touristy which we appreciated. Salvatore, the concierge, was very attentive also. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed at Claudio’s comfortable apartment for six nights while exploring the city and surrounding region. It was wonderful to come home to a cool apartment after being in the scorching heat (AC in LR/DR but ceiling fan in BR). The bed was very comfortable (it’s actually two beds put together) as were the linens and memory foam pillows. We were happy for the extra linens and towels as we made two beach excursions. The living and dining area were spacious with very comfortable couches and armchair and excellent lighting. The kitchen was very small with the basics. Being on the first floor did not provide for any views. As others have commented, to get to the lovely and lively commercial area of Chiaia requires going down (and then up) four flights of stairs (we counted at least 100), which we did 1-2 times a day. Claudio was a responsive, flexible and helpful host. We especially appreciated him ordering us a taxi to get to the airport the day of our departure.

Claudio is a fantastic host. He is very responsive to messages and has outfitted the apartment with nice towels, bedding, toiletries, and cooking basics. We were able to check in quickly and seamlessly with the concierge, Signor Salvatore, who showed us how to use the keys and appliances. The apartment is in a terrific neighborhood
we couldn’t be happier about our stay.

The apartment was spacious and close to everything. We had a fabulous grocery store and green grocer just a block or two away. It's also close to the metro line and downtown. Contact with Claudio was great and Mr. Salvatore (concierge) was helpful, checking in to make sure everything was alright. Naples is a crazy but beautiful city. The apartment is in a lovely building but does require climbing up stairs or alley/roadways to get there. We felt completely safe in Naples and in our neighbourhood. Thanks Claudio!

Great location to shoppping, restaurants and sites to see. Owner was very easy to communicate with and responded immediately to questions. Very accommodating when our flight was cancelled and we had a later arrival than anticipated. We highly recommend this rental and location. We definitely would stay there again when in Naples.

Fully equipped with well functioning air conditioner and ceiling fans also. Close enough to walk to the city center and the promenade, as long as you can manage hills. We walked everywhere and used the access to the port for day trips out of the city too. The area streets are fascinating. Claudio was most gracious helping with all questions and helped set up a taxi when we left.

This was a great place to say in Naples. Plenty of room, clean, nice set up, everything we needed in the kitchen. The unit was on the first floor, easy in and out. Felt safe in the neighborhood and in the building. Actually very quiet compared to other parts of the city. Air conditioning worked well, except it didn’t reach the bedroom completely. This didn’t bother us much, even when it was very hot out, as the ceiling fan kept us cooler and comfortable. Apartment is in a good location, close to shopping and the oceanfront. The owner and building manger were very accommodating and helpful getting us a cab. Would highly recommend staying here!

The flat was spacious and tastefully decorated The location wasn't convenient for visitors unless you want to buy designer clothes. Difficult for ordinary shopping and food shopping. There were guides for southern Italy in the flat but not a local map indicating where the nearest metro was. The advice for taxi from airport was helpful

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would highly recommend this apartment. It is in the prime location of Naples. Close to all major attractions within walking distance. Main metro lines 1 & 2 are all close by. The accommodation itself, is beautiful. Large open space, spotlessly clean, very secure, everything you need. We stayed in Claudio's apartment for 9 nights and it was perfect. We will now go nowhere else when visiting Naples. Claudio was a great host, he organised our taxis and was very helpful and kind. There are two mini marts and a fantastic pizzeria just up the road within 5minutes of the apartment. Do not hesitate in booking this apartment as you will not be disappointed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Claudio is an outstanding host and we can’t thank him enough for his hospitality and attentiveness. My wife is originally from Naples, and returns often for work and to visit relatives. She says Claudio’s apartment is by far the most comfortable and convenient place she has ever found in the Chiaia area, and fairly priced considering its numerous qualities. The apartment is very charming, clean, airy, and it looks exactly as depicted in the pictures. Above all, it offers an oasis of quietude in heart of the buzzing city, which made our two-months stay feel like a home-away-from-home. Claudio’s lovely apartment is located on the hill of the Rampe Brancaccio, which offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Naples. It is just a 10-minute walk to the seashore, and only a stone’s throw away from Via Filangieri, one of the toniest streets of Chiaia, lined with beautiful architecture and amazing boutiques. From there one can easily walk to Piazza Martiri, an area surrounded by innumerable restaurants, cafĂ©s and pastry stores and the stupendous bookstore Feltrinalli. Also within walking distance is the historical Quartieri Spagnoli, where the texture and rhythm of ancient Naples mingles with youthful energy. In short, the location is magnificent! My wife specifically wants to also thank the wonderful Salvatore, the portiere who maintains the building, for being so incredibly attentive and helpful, and with whom she had many delightful conversations. Thank you, Claudio!
