The unit itself was a good size and in a convenient location, close to everything we needed during our stay in Naples. However, our experience was impacted by several issues—mainly the lack of communication from the host.We were shorted on towels upon arrival and didn’t receive the additional ones for our family until just 10 hours before checkout. The air conditioner was another major problem—it wasn’t working, and despite sending multiple messages, I didn’t receive any response until three days later, when I was finally told how it needed to be set in order to function. I checked in on 7/28 and took them 2 days to acknowledge my issues and then gotten my missing towels on July 2nd. Also, it’s worth noting that the apartment is a 5-story walk-up, so be prepared if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or children.Overall, while the unit has potential and is in a great location, the lack of responsiveness and basic hospitality made the stay frustrating. I have much much more unresponded messages from this stay
