We absolutely loved our stay in Napoli. Carlo was wonderful and so easy to communicate with. He offered a flat rate transfer from the train station and even pointed out places to visit along the way. He also drove us to the airport, which made everything feel so easy and stress-free.The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator (huge bonus!). Carlo met us, got us settled, and answered all our questions. He also sent great local food recommendations, and they did not disappoint.The apartment truly feels like a home—clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and the bathroom felt newly renovated. Towels, washcloths, and toiletries were provided, and we were able to do laundry during our stay.The neighborhood was one of our favorite parts. It felt very local and full of life, we loved walking past fruit stands, flower vendors, and markets each day. There was amazing gelato nearby (we went daily ) and a delicious pizza spot just down the street.We felt safe walking in the area, even in the evenings. There is some typical Naples street noise during the day, but it quieted down well at night. The metro was an easy 8–10 minute walk and simple to navigate.WiFi worked well, the AC kept us comfortable, and the space was perfect for the three of us. We would 100% stay here again.
