  • Water views and a 2 min walk to beautiful Scarborough Beach makes this 4 bedroom 2 bath home perfect for summer rental with a large deck in front of house over looking the beach for entertaining after a full day at the beach. Home has another deck in the back of kitchen with grill and an outdoor dining for 6 people with a small but cute yard .This home is great for three couples or friends or a family with kids that want privacy having the kids stay in lower level. You are close to restaurants, boat to Block island , six min to Narragansett town beach but most important the best part about this home is waking up to a beautiful view and crossing the street to the beach.

The property was newly renovated, very bright, and incredible proximity to beach access. The host was very friendly and responsive, and made herself available to assist with any requirements of our stay.

This is a perfect house, it’s clean, comfortable and well equipped, everything we needed was there. Now for good part, front deck has a stunning water view, great back deck with new grill and patio set. The house layout awesome for 2 families and oh you can walk to beach and shower outside, Susan the host is so great to deal with, need I say more. We really enjoy this property

had a great week at this property with my family and grandchildren. The house was very clean. The host was extremely responsive to any issues or concerns. We had the location and view what is great although the walk was to the beach was a little bit longer than I thought it would be but still very doable. The view of the water and the sunrise in the morning was awesome on the deck would definitely rent again!

We were absolutely elated with our stay at this Narragansett property! Not only does it have a beautiful view of Scarborough Beach, the neighborhood itself is very peaceful and serene. Susan our host was fantastic with communication every step of the way leading up to our stay. The property itself was bright, clean, and nice and cool as we were here during a very hot week in July. This was a perfect fit for our family and we will definitely be booking here again! Thank you Susan!

Great house

Great location and house. The beach is close but the deck is so nice that we almost enjoyed it as much as the beach. This is a great spot and we will rent again.

My family and I had a very enjoyable time. The home was beautiful and in a convenient location. Close proximity to the beach that we walked easily to. Quiet and safe neighborhood, room to spread out and ac was nice to have.

Wonderful property. Neat, modern, 4 bedrooms. Across the street from Scarborough Beach with ocean view off front porch balcony. Also, prime location to Block Island ferry, Newport, and down town Narragansett. We will be back!

Nice place to stay, walking distance to a big and beautyfull beach. A bit of shade on the balconies would have been appreciated, we had a very sunny week :). We would come back!

This property has it all

Beautiful house, great location, wonderful view and short walk to beach We enjoyed the decks, especially the front with a great view of Scarborough Beach. The home is set up perfectly, my husband and I stayed upstairs while my daughter and family had the downstairs which is separate and private.

This property has it all, location, great layout and decor

We really enjoy this property, it really has it all, walking distance to beach and stunning view from front deck, the kitchen is large and had everything we needed. The back deck had a large grill and patio set. The house is spacious and very comfortable as we travel with my daughter and her family. Susan is great to deal and always responds quickly.

Amazing location!

We had a great week here. The house was so close to the beach and also a really short walk to a breakfast/lunch and ice cream place. We loved that you could see the water from the house and with 2 decks, there was plenty of space for relaxing outside after a day on the beach. We hope to come back again next year!

Beautiful house in a great location with a short walk to the beach. The wagon came in handy for transporting all our stuff to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the decks and the view of the beach from the front deck. We would have loved an umbrella on the back deck for some afternoon shade. Susan was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had before our arrival and throughout our stay.

So close to the beach!

We stayed a week with various family members and friends. The location was perfect. We had beautiful beach weather and loaded up our gear and walked to the beach every day. It's a busy beach, but being able to walk made the access so much easier. The house was small, but fit everything! Narragensett is a great area with so much to do and it is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful experience that started with fabulous host interaction. Beautiful, well equipped home. Comfortable. Location is great - walk to the beach so convenient for early morning strolls, quick trips to get food from the pantry or fridge, or gazing at the moon while sitting on the beach at night.

Great location

An eight minute stroll to the beautiful, clean beach. The cottage was perfect for our family of five adults and our little dog. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances, sharp cooking knives, and a shelf of spices. Our host was always available and quick with a response. Truly a gem

Beautiful home with a great location!

We've been renting in Narragansett for 15 years and this stay has been our favorite! Perfect location with a lovely deck and a water view. Inside is spacious for a family of 7 adults. Open kitchen with all the amenities you may need. Clean, updated bathrooms, one on each floor. Outdoor shower was a plus!! 6 minute walk to the beach. We absolutely loved our stay! We will be back!

This was one of the best vacations and rentals we’ve experienced in over 30 years coming to Narragansett/Point Judith. The house is in an awesome location (10 walk to beach). The house was exactly as described a the views of the ocean from the front deck couldn’t be better. House was incredibly clean upon arrival and it was stocked with all necessary essentials you would need. Susan, the host, couldn’t have been nicer and was very responsive both before arrival and during our stay. We are already looking forward to coming back to this house next year!Simply put, it was an awesome week at this house!!!
