We arrived and were greeted well. The front desk is GREAT. They are the best. We had major issues with house keeping. Rooms were not cleaned. Sinks and shower were left dirty. No hand soap etc. Rooms cleaned late and then done very sloppy. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and they bent over backwards to make sure this was taken care of. However, we had the same issue the next day. I also spoke with the front end manager. I think that is who she was. She had no name tag and never introduced herself. As I was explaining my concern I used my hands. I am southern. She said very aggressive first of all put your hands down. You have two options you can leave now or just except it. I was being very nice and never raised my voice. She was very rude and had zero customer service expertise. The director of house keeping was there when this conversation happened. When this person, who I think was a manager, walked away she apologized for the way this person had treated me. The person, still no name, came back and was better. She said she was going to comp us for half or a night. When we checked out this had never happened. She never apologized for the issues. All others did. Shout to front desk staff. The director of house keeping she personally over saw out room being cleaned. They did a great job. Management needs to look at their front end management staff. Before she even spoke to me she was VERY defensive.

This was our first time in Nashville and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location was perfect, it was close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do. The staff during check in were amazing. We even got a complementary room upgrade upon arrival.

Quiet, clean, and super close to Broadway. The lobby has a game area, snacks, and drinks. Bonus - a donut shop is attached to the hotel.

Enjoyed the breakfast!! Nice options; felt that I could get something to snack on throughout the day as well. Staff was very courteous. Was able to check in early since the room was ready. No issues other than the room key not working, was able to go down and pick up another key. Room was spacious.

This hotel was just right for us. It’s conveniently located in walking distance to the Music Center conference venue. I had a work conference there and we decided to go as a family. It was easy for my wife and kids to walk around downtown Nashville to get food and site see. Plus they loved that the lobby had a pool table and games. Nashville is clean and they felt safe walking around, but is is loud and a little crazy so having activities at the hotel was a big bonus!!

This place is pretty amazing. About 4 blocks away from (or close to) the silliness of Broadway. Walking distance to some of the major attractions. Very Clean and relatively quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking is a little tight, but the parking garage works well. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice property, very clean and staff were nice. The breakfast was good. Parking is very secure. What I don’t like. I am a pet owner and there are no grass within the property, have to walk 2 blocks away. Pet fee is $75… parking $39 plus tax on both. So… yeah. The water in the shower is more of a trickle than a shower. Otherwise i liked the space and the cleanliness. I think the bldg is new?

Excelente estadia em Nashville
Hotel em ótimas condições com quartos novos e muito amplos. Possui todas as comodidades de um apto. Excelente para famílias. Muito bem localizado próximo ao Country Hall of fame e tb à Broadway e seus Honk Tonks. Do hotel vc fará 90 por cento da programação na cidade sem precisar de carro. Os funcionários são muito cordiais e o café da manhã é ótimo.
