We arrived and were greeted well. The front desk is GREAT. They are the best. We had major issues with house keeping. Rooms were not cleaned. Sinks and shower were left dirty. No hand soap etc. Rooms cleaned late and then done very sloppy. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and they bent over backwards to make sure this was taken care of. However, we had the same issue the next day. I also spoke with the front end manager. I think that is who she was. She had no name tag and never introduced herself. As I was explaining my concern I used my hands. I am southern. She said very aggressive first of all put your hands down. You have two options you can leave now or just except it. I was being very nice and never raised my voice. She was very rude and had zero customer service expertise. The director of house keeping was there when this conversation happened. When this person, who I think was a manager, walked away she apologized for the way this person had treated me. The person, still no name, came back and was better. She said she was going to comp us for half or a night. When we checked out this had never happened. She never apologized for the issues. All others did. Shout to front desk staff. The director of house keeping she personally over saw out room being cleaned. They did a great job. Management needs to look at their front end management staff. Before she even spoke to me she was VERY defensive.
