This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The Hyatt is a clean, up to date property that is manned by a GREAT friendly staff. This will be our first option on our next Nashville visit.

Checking in was pleasant. The staff on the following day botched our additional room reservation and gave our connecting room to another family. The hotel ran out of pillows and didn’t provide enough for the number of people in our room (4). Only after I purchased my own from Walmart, did they find more.

Once in my room, the AC unit was not working and I was placed in a different room. Then while in the second room my toilet didn’t work, went to seek help from a clerk and was given a plunger to fix the problem with the toilet not flushing. The assistant was not up to standards in my opinion, staff may need to be more mindful of hospitality and problem solving.

Great staff. Very nice breakfast. Only complaint I have is the smoking area was right outside of the main entrance. When there were 2 or 3 people smoking It was hard to walk through it

the staff was very nice especially Kia. The food could be improved however i realize serving a large number of guests is challenging. Also I ended up with a room that was two double beds instead of the king size I paid for. Thats what I wanted and when I drew this to their attention, I was told that "Sorry we're full and don't have any options" which I found to be an unacceptable response. Had they accomodated my original request, I would have given them 5 stars. I probably stay their again since I do have so many other options.

This hotel was SO dirty! We had ants in our room, which the front desk was made aware, and nothing was done. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Which was probably from how tiny it was, and didn't have an exhaust fan. The carpet was very dirty. Bathroom super small and weirdly configured. You needed to be in the shower to shut the door. One night as we waited in the lobby for our Uber a woman who was tweaking out was walking about. She couldn't even stand straight long enough to get the bandaid she asked the front desk for. The parking fee per night is comical. It is not a parking deck, nor is it protected. Its an open lot where hopefully one of the drugged out locals doesnt break into your car. We paid the extra fee and left early. Found a MUCH nicer hotel closer to downtown. Will think twice about staying with Hyatt again.

Aside from the woman who took care of the breakfast area, the staff were wonderful! They were kind, informative and very helpful. The woman in the kitchen was organized and ran things well, her tone was less polite compared to everyone else. We had a few sugar ants in our bathroom and the pool was badly in need of attention. It didn’t appear to be used or usable.

The front desk staff is very nice and helpful but overworked and understaffed. Check in was at 3pm our room wasn’t ready until 330. We were there from Tuesday to Sunday when housekeeping came in they made the bed with the same bedding this was very disappointing.

The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was great. The pool wasn’t open yet but it was only March. The hotel was safe and clean. Parking was easy. Shuttle to the mall and Grand Ol Opry was a plus. Shuttle to downtown also a plus but $10 per person. Pet friendly with no extra fees.

Kia and Dede were the so kind and helpful! They were super welcoming and helpful at checkin and were so nice throughout. The location was perfect for the the places I wanted to visit.

The room was very clean. The layout was odd with the vanity/sink in the room instead of the bathroom. The bathroom was incredibly small, it's hard to get out of the bathroom, you almost have to stand in the shower to open the bathroom door. The staff were friendly. The bar was left unattended and we had to wait about 20 minutes for a drink.

Bathroom was too cramped. Hard to close the door while standing against toilet. Had trouble finding a working electrical outlet on the window side of bed. Decor was nice. One pillow was very lumpy.
