The property was just as pictured. The kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts were very responsive. Check in and check we're easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The house was perfect for a multi-family trip. Twenty people in the house and we didn’t feel crowded at all. The main living space was perfect for meals and entertaining for everyone. A second living room became the teen hangout area. We loved that. One review mentioned the middle bedroom that is also a hallway to the rest of the house. There are multiple entrances and exits in the main house, so this wasn’t an issue at all. Everything we needed was provided by the hosts. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The guest house is adorable and perfect for members of your party who might want a little more privacy. Don’t be overwhelmed by the instructions that are emailed. The rules are so simple to follow - basically be respectful. I appreciated that check out was so easy - no stripping of the beds, or starting of the laundry was needed. We just cleaned up after ourselves and left at checkout time.

Fantastic for large families!!!

Plenty of space for our group of 15, beds to spare. Loved the additional kitchen spaces and the extra refrigerators came in handy. The fire pit area was great for family fun and stargazing. Games provided made so many shared memories! Nashvilles hidden gem. Great hosts had everything we needed covered. Thank you Rachel and Steph.

Amazing beautiful multi-family home, perfection!

This home was total perfection for our combined family- me, my husband and our 7yr old twins; and my older brother, his wife, teen son and 2 grown adult sons. Everyone had their own room and bed and space, well separated; we even each had a separate kitchen (well, my family of 4 with the back kitchen and TV area, and all that; the oldest boys of my brother had the main house front kitchen to themselves; and then my brother, his wife & their teen son had the guest house with a kitchen all to themselves) with fully stocked coffee bars, wonderful amenities and options; plenty of restrooms and showers; and then to top it off - a mini putt putt golf course, a country pool the kids loved, with beautiful outdoor space and entertainment outdoor shed areas. We ALL loved it, even if only my 2 little kids used the backyard space, as the rest of us were so busy with visiting and constant going over to the wedding location for wedding prep for my niece and the family, but we all still had the perfect space.. and only 4min drive to all the wedding events. Also, the communications with the owners was phenomenal!

We loved it!

Came with a group of friends with kids from different states, looking for a place big enough to keep us together, close enough to Nashville to visit, and far enough to have quiet. This place checked all the boxes! Kids loved the activities, adults loved the multiple kitchens and areas to hang out.

Labor Day weekend

we had an amazing time on our family vacation visiting our daughter who lives in Nashville The property was beautiful With roomfor everyone to spread out. It was exceptionally wonderful that it’s pet friendly . I would highly recommend this property for families to come and enjoy a beautiful weekend in Nashville.

Lovely for our writing retreat

Our group was comprised of women and girls ranging in age from 13 to 34 who came together to write about their lives and turn their work into a public performance with the help of producer, director and choreographer. The space worked well as a writing retreat and we rented a nearby dance studio for our larger rehearsals. It was lovely to have multiple spaces to hang when we were not in session. The separate living areas allowed the teenagers in our group to have their own space while the adults congregated in the main living room. Multiple kitchens simplified food preparation for a group with lots of different dietary needs. The vegan and gluten-free folks had their own kitchen. The carnivores and pescatarians shared the other. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Getaway

Annual extended family vacation, first time to Tennessee. Great communication with property owners and very responsive. Plenty of space to spread out and also get together. The best experience for a large group. Would return and recommend .

The owners could not have been more communicative and helpful our entire stay. The property itself was gorgeous with so much space, and all of the kitchens and coffee bars were so helpful to be sure everybody didn’t feel like they were on top of each other. We had a group of 20 and it was plenty of room. We just loved the rural feel, but it was super easy to get to downtown Nashville as well. We used the pool and jacuzzi. Book this, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful family weekend!!

We visited Nashville for a family weekend and to watch the Savannah Bananas play…The Urban Acreage did not disappoint!!! We had the best time with our family, the property is perfect for a large family…spread out enough to where you aren’t on top of each other and close enough where you can enjoy each other’s company. The pool, hot tub, and movie area was a big hit with the kids and adults…it was a great place to let the kids have fun, while the parents could chat and play games. Great location outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but just a quick car ride up the interstate to all the action. The property is beautiful and we are already planning another trip in the future!

Perfect Choice

Honorable Property

What a wonderful property and hostesses. Our group truly enjoyed our stay. Very nice setup and amenities, like endless coffee, tea, microwaveable popcorn, paper toiletries (not just a supply of toilet paper for the bathrooms but also a supply of paper towels), and even provided endless detergent for both dishwashers and washing machines. Clean and well kept property. Rating is a 5 out of 5. You will LOVE it!!!

Family palooza

What an incredible stay at Urban Acreage! The layout was incredible and perfect for many households coming together for a weekend trip to Nashville. The property is beautiful and allowed plenty of play space outside for the kids and dogs. The coffee bar was a hit. I can’t tell you the number of pots of coffee and memories made! We will be back, again! We wished we could have stayed longer…until next time!

Absolutely fantastic property where every detail is looked after! Loved all the little Instagram-worthy spaces for the perfect snapshot. The property is very spacious and peaceful. There is lots of room to come together or have quiet time on your own. There was also plenty of quality towels, sheets, and blankets. The hostesses are excellent and expedient responders. I would highly recommend this property for family/friend gatherings!

5* Stay Across The Board!

We went with a group of about 10-12 people and this place was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for! Sleeping arrangements worked great for the whole group and the hangout section outside was perfect! We travel to a new place every year, but if we decide to come back this way any time soon we will definitely be checking the availability of this house first! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Great Place for Families (Including the Dogs)

It was a wonderful place to stay and our hosts were wonderful. Communication was simple and swift. There was lots of room for all of us including the two young men (my grandsons) that very much enjoyed having a separate space to hang out in. The layout of the house inself is a little odd. There is one bedroom that has to be walked through to get to the rest of the house but this was a minor problem. Two kitchens in the main house was great allowing lots of room for refrigeration. Having coffee makers just about everywhere was great as we are a family full of coffee and hot chocoate drinkers. The kitchen & living room area was our favorite as it gave us the perfect place to have meals together and great conversation. We did not utilize the pool (only once) as it was just too small for our family but the property was very nice. We had a great time outside on Independence Day enjoying the fireworks throughout the neighborhood. The greatest gift for all of us was being able to be all together in one vacation place including the family dogs. We would do this again.

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty options for sleeping arrangements that suited multi families and was perfect for our three families. Much to do on the property and close to Clarksville and Nashville. All the kids loved the plunge pool! Hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely rent again if we go back to the area!
