The first room that I was put in was completely dirty. Sheets were still dirty. When I pulled down the cover there was hair and stains in the bed. Sheets. Marks all over the wall. The carpet was ripped up like a dog had chewed it. There was a very funny smell inside the room. Toilet was not clean. Also had hair still on it. Tried to complain but of course I didn't pay for the insurance on the room so I had to go downstairs and request another room, got another room all right across the street or well right across the room that I was already in. This room was a little bit cleaner. I believe the sheets were clean. However, the countertop was dirty and the shower walls and door were still dirty. And the AC either blew unbelievably freezing or extremely hot. There was no temperature control that actually felt like it was temperature controlled. Requested a refund. Never heard anything back, left extremely early after. I'd already only checking into the room after midnight. Just and that's what they think. They can charge people, regardless of a discount for using this app. People expect to be in a clean room that they feel like they could sit on the toilet and climb in the bed and go to sleep. Not feel like they need to check the mattress which I did multiple times to make sure there was no bed, bugs, etc, one of the mattresses in the bedrooms was actually stained and disgustingly dirty when I lift it up and had wished that I had not done so. Breakfast was short and brief.
