« The hot tub smelled rotten, the water was clearly not cleaned. Once we checked in we realized the staff left the property for a couple of hours - the desk is not always staffed, so there is truly no security. The room was not clean and there is was no hot water in the shower. When we told the property we wanted to leave, they just told us to pay them and offered no resolution for our complaints. « The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos !
