My family traveled to Navarre for a family reunion and vacation. The house was perfect for the eleven of us. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom and having an elevator was great! Everyone loved the pool and the beach was close enough to walk to it. We would definitely choose this house again when we return to Navarre!

Family fun in the sun

Communication was excellent and the house was very nice, the grand kids absolutely loved the pool. We had everything we could possibly need for our stay, they have plenty of beach towels to use. We would absolutely stay here again and probably will next year.

Amazing

Hats off to the host of Beachy Breeze. The house is beautiful and well equipped. Host left many "extras" that most host don't even think of. Love all the large flatscreen tvs in each bedroom and living area. Loved the cameras over the pool and driveway with viewing monitor in the kitchen. Only suggestion would be a fish cleaning station. Simply Spectacular! Just wish we could had stayed longer and brought our yorky.

Spectacular Springbreak

Highly recommend this place. The house was beautiful, very clean and well furnished with plenty of room to house all 12 of us. The kitchen had very nice pots/pans, storage containers, plates/cups/utensils and lots of them. Bathrooms well stocked with plenty of towels. Sleeping arrangements were very accommodating with spacious bathrooms. Easy quick walk to the gorgeous beach, with provided beach chairs and beach wagon. Quiet and peaceful area with great pathways for walking. Management company was wonderful to work with and very responsive.

Beautiful house with plenty of amenities

This house is by far the best place we have ever stayed in Navarre Beach. Super clean throughout and really nice layout with all four bedrooms having their own private bathroom. Would highly recommend!

Family vacation 2024 the best !

This was a beautiful house. the house look just as the pictures. Plenty of room for my family , loved the pool and out door space for cooking out, just a very short walk from the beach . Loved the quite peaceful area. Loved being able to set out and the the ocean in a distance, friendly people we walk every morning just over all loved the place . We will be going back again Thank you for our gift basket to . Easy check in and out.

Family Vacation 2024

The house was beautiful! Clean and spacious! Enough room for everyone and the kids got to have their own room all to the themselves! The kitchen was beautiful with all new appliances and fully stocked with any extras you may need to cook or grill out! And the elevator was an absolute godsend with our huge luggage!

Family Vacation with RMI Again

This was our 2nd time with RMI. Never disappointed with RMI. House was great, clean, well stocked. Grandkids and parents enjoyed the pool, ping pong, nice big TV and relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of beach items to use at the beach. Only recommendation would be curtains in one bedroom. Other than that, a fabulous new house. Love Navarre.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had the max number of people and had plenty of room. It rained on the first 3 days so I was glad we had the ground floor with plenty of activities for the younger ones. The only thing I would have liked more is some black out curtains for the bedrooms. I would recommend this place!

Fabulous house!

We all loved the house! Very clean, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach. Would have liked the pool to be warm enough for swimming for the kids but they got in one day at least when it got fixed.

Family vacation

Pros: Probably the cleanest house we have ever stayed in on vacation (we have stayed in many over the years). Owners/management company are very thoughtful. Many everyday items stocked in the house, including beach towels and chairs. The management/owners even left a handwritten welcome card and a bottle of wine. Thank you! Cons: This is in no way the fault of the owner nor the management company, but the neighborhood is under construction. There were constant loud noises from the two new home sites across the street. This noise literally lasted all day long. From 7:30 am to 7 pm. It made it difficult to have a peaceful conversation over breakfast. You can hear the construction noise while at the pool in the backyard as well. Also, the construction crew fills the entire street with vehicles and machinery. Also, this area is very nice with beautiful beaches, but there are not many restaurants. The restaurants nearby are often on 2 hour waits for dinner time. This is also not a fault or the house/owners/ or management. We would definitely recommend this house to others even though the construction crews and work nearby were overwhelming.

Wonderful Beach House!

Our 6 night stay at Beachy Breeze was fantastic, from arrival to checkout, thanks to our host, Michelle! We were greeted with a welcome basket which set a positive vibe right away! The house was a perfect fit for our family of six adults and five children (all under nine). Honestly, the photos do not do this home justice! It's simply beautiful! We especially loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom with toiletries, (nice touch❤) the pingpong table, the HEATED pool, and that the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and more! Another huge plus was how close we were to the beach! We walked there everyday! Overall, our stay at Beachy Breeze was definitely 5 star!

Amazing home in a beautiful location!

Extended family stayed at this spacious home. Enjoyed all the extras-plenty of towels, kitchen items, ping pong table, big tv's. The only thing that would have made this place better is a little less rain and more sunshine but that did not deter all of us having a great time.
