We have never been to Navarre! This condo and the staff were awesome! We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The condo was clean, and beds were comfortable! The views are stunning! This week the water was so calm our toddlers could swim and play. The beach is pristine! Having access to 3 pools and 3 hot tubs was a plus. We enjoyed the lack of busyness in the area, but still had decent amenities close by

We stayed here for my son’s engagement party and the condo was just as advertised. The view is spectacular; occasional dolphin sightings included. The condo included beach towels for everyone, a wagon to tote everything down to the beach, and even a nice welcome basket. We will definitely choose this place for our next stay.

We had an awesome stay at Summerwind 1402! Loved the security, location, cleanliness of condo, pool and hot tub. Also a huge plus was the condo provided a beach wagon, towels and beach toys! Very nice condo and we can’t wait to go back!

Far better than expected

Perfectly Suited to Our Family

While we have stayed in Navarre Beach before, we have never stayed in this particular condominium. It was very clean and perfectly accommodating for our families. The extras were unexpected and appreciated. The communication process was easy. Those who manage the property were helpful and sought to answer any questions we had. We would certainly stay here again!

Great location, beautiful property!

Check in was made very easy thanks to great communication with the property manager. The condo was clean, very nice, and the location was perfect. We were surprised at all of the beach amenities ue. chairs, sand toys, and even a cart to carry everything. There was a welcome basket with wine, first aid kit, and other items. This was so thoughtful. Also, my two teens forgot to pack flip-flops even after being reminded multiple times...the basket of new flip-flops for that specific purpose was an incredible gesture that I have not seen anywhere else. Such a great idea! I only wish our stay could been longer. ✌️💙😊

Love this place

Absolutely love this place. Cannot wait to book it again next year. Came with so many additional amenities, from the beach chairs to beach toys, etc. Kitchen was fully equipped as were the bathrooms. Highly recommend this condo.

Great views.

The condo has great views, and clean when we arrived. While we did have issues with the refrigerator while we were there the management company was quick with communication and resolutions. I understand that this could happen to anyone. The third bedroom was extremely small, and I think that the mattress could be better. The other two rooms were very the great. We loved that the room came with beach service. Overall the place was great and we would consider staying again.

The Perfect Trip!

We took my in-laws to Navarre Beach for their 60th wedding anniversary. I booked the condo on faith as we had never stayed in this condo…and it did not disappoint!!! The white glove experience that Michelle Guilbeau of RMI Vacation Rentals gave to our family was first class. Michelle went above and beyond to make the experience perfect. Example: our refrigerator was not working and she sent a replacement refrigerator within 2 hours of us reporting it to her…on a Friday night!!!! I have stayed at many, many five star properties, with various property managers, and this was the best experience ever! If your experience is even half of what we experienced, you will be well pleased! The view, amenities, and square footage were exactly what we needed. We WILL be back!!!!

Paradise on the beach

We have been staying at Navarre Beach for several years now. This property was a pleasant surprise . It was not only beautiful but it was very spacious , very clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed our time so much we finally decided to marry that very week on May 16th. It has to be one of the best units we have stayed at while visiting and will definitely recommend and book this property again if possible. Awesome Condo

The condo was very nice, and well kept. The host was very responsive to my questions, and always polite. The only small issue we had(did not say anything to the host, or im sure it wouldve been addressed immediately) was that we had to keep resetting the WiFi to be able to connect to it. Would definitely stay again.
